For temps, I don't ever fuss much to be honest. I know it sits mid to late 20s in the cupboard at lights on. That all I know lol.

Man...now i feel really bad.....here i have all this equipment for measuring everything and you just go off instincts with stupid results:).....someday i hope to grow up to be just like you LA:)lol

Hey Green Dreamz, lol its daft though really, a meter isn't much! Its more of me just being lazy and forever broke :)
Well also a plant will just always tell you how happy it is. Its really lots simpler than people think. Just spend hundreds if not thousands of hours with yer head stuck in amongst the plants! :)

I hear ya LA......well as much as i am with the girls i can say i am starting to notice small things about them and thier characteristics.....also i definately see a great learning potential in aggressive training methods as i have learned even more about these wonderous plants after watching the way they react to different styles.....and how fast they can bounce back or never have any bounce back timme if they are happy:)......any way for the now...i willl continue to rely on my equipment as i continue my quest to conquer the learning curve:)

Well guys and gals.... Im doing another last run through of fluxing on flux central!!! Ill be growing the biggest flux to date and showing it all in detail! :)

Its been growing great!;) I had to stop growing for awhile but im back....Giving soil a shot this time around and its going pretty well so far. Some of the branches have been producing "triple nodes" too.

Ha Skunny :) They're not on it any longer as had a balls up! Basically I got about 5 days in and then spotted some seeds growing and freaked out!! Lost the plot thinking I was done. Then had also ran out of space with having the other younger 2 in there also. So I took one out and stuffed back into veg. Stopped the timeframe bit as thought I was going to need to rush the flower bit through to start over.
Then worked out I'm fine lol. Just a couple of points have seeded. (Must have had stray pollen in cupboard)
Anyway now I'm just back onto norm 12/12
I'm pissed as was going to run my time thing for another week maybe longer so would have been maybe 4 weeks in total. Mainly as my Microbes can add time to the peak budding process! :)

Next run ill be doing it properly, as it kicks ass at getting huge yield! :)

That sucks but at least there's no harm done. I fancy trying it but like you all my plants are at different stages so I wanted you to be the guinea pig :)
My timer fcuked up yesterday & my girls had 3 1/2hrs extra light & I swear the early flower girls buds have almost doubled in size :thedoubletake:

I actually noticed the same with one of my young ones it went nuts under the extra hours!
Honestly I've used this tech a good few times now and god does it work! Even if you just did 20 on and 12 off your still gonna get a mad benefit.
I'm not quite sure why more research hasn't been done on this topic??

As for the BID grow, yep its supposed to be purps but blue dream was definitely one of his favourites. Ill be growing some BD and some Purple #1. Its fine if you just have BD as were not wanting to become all strict and weird. If its something he liked and grew its all good! :)

I'm actually waiting on a goodie bag from my friends at Humboldt at the moment! :) So I may have more to play with yet :).

How is it going today LA?:) hope all is greener than and i lost it:)lol I may have missed it but did you come up with the 21:36 ? and if so or even not why?....why that specific time?:)lol.......not being sarcastic either...i am hoping afer a couple harvest to build enough bud to hold me and mine over so that i can do a flux....i woud like to fill my flower room with one huge fluxed bad maama jaama full blown curvacious Woman......when i do i want to try that light schedulle...well i would probably go with the 20/12....nice even number...simplify it for me:)lol

Hey LA....in my infinite wisdom i thought.....when you put a fluxed plant into flower do you still stake down the arms as they are strecthing......if so then if you ran the extended light schedule during the second week of flower when they start to really kick in and then back to normal for the third week..........do you think that i would increase the legth of the arms more than just a normal strecth......then use it during peak flower as you have.......just a thought that kind of got me excited about being able to fill my room with one 2 to 3 foot by 4 foot flux:)

Hey Green Dreamz,
Ok the light time manipulations bit I found in the how to grow MJ section here at 420!
I was actually hoping to prove the extended hours meant better growth bit for younger plants this time round before scrapping the schedule.

Now my thinking is to develop my own light schedule, tailored to the specific plants I'm running. (1 plant type at a time runs)
Ill be using extended hours of light to fit in conjunction with the 3 separate waves of budding most plants go through.
I did talk about this with Tassie a while back on this thread on this very topic :)
So yep what ill be doing is fitting in say 5 days of extended hours just before each wave of budding hits. Then going back to 12/12 for 2 weeks or however long and so on! :)
First I have to get all the same strain going for this :)

As for why its 21.36 its just so every week or however long the cycle klicks back into the original 12/12

Anyway ill be testing all this and working out my LA's wave, light schedule! :)
If it works as well as I believe it will and I get the results I hope for Ill post up a full guide and explanation of it all for 420! :)


Hi Dennise :) I'm all out of meds so its staring at my girls wishing their lives away day for me lol :)
