Hey Jaga...i just wanted to let you know that i just ordered HSO Blue Dream from ASB so as of right now they have it in stock:)
LA i was planning on growing the BD for BIDs tribute in January adn just noticed that it is suppose to be a purple strain.....i dont think the BD is but wasnt thtat one of his favorites?

As for the BID grow, yep its supposed to be purps but blue dream was definitely one of his favourites. Ill be growing some BD and some Purple #1. Its fine if you just have BD as were not wanting to become all strict and weird. If its something he liked and grew its all good! :)

I'm actually waiting on a goodie bag from my friends at Humboldt at the moment! :) So I may have more to play with yet :).

I should have read better but i thought i had read it was one of his faves.....so i will jsut grow it as i have spent enough already:)....wont never be able to upgrade my lights if i keep buying all this other stuff:)lol........hopefully your goodie bag is filled with all the strains you wanna grow but havent got yet....or something along them lines:)lol:)

Well hey ho lol. Just lopped half a baby flux off by knocking it over :)
Now though we get to play!! :) this is going to give me the chance to play with my new style :)
Its just a instant scrog type deal. :)

Ill top my one shoot after 2-4 nodes, then let the four to six limbs just go vertical. Give all four limbs say 8 -10 inches. Then ill super crop all limbs at base level. Spanning them out horizontally. I may flux on one level for the start. Then we give another couple of weeks for vert from the levelled limbs and flower! This should generate a big cropped plant with not much work and little space needed for vegging! :)

Honestly if anyone else does this fair play lol. Its just made sense to me for an age :) so not particularly bothered if its a true LA style or not. Yet I promise all I don't research anywhere. Just live here :)

That's 100% Professor Flux! It would take you to look at a snapped plant & be happy because you can torture it some more. LOL

Lol this one is def more a conversion of ML more than flux. Yet a collapsed one given vert after and points trained out for space. Should be mad quick to veg! :)

This is a back to basics run with not much fussing over enviromentals. More a look at these GDP crosses. They are GDP x Purple Choc Auto and I want the best pheno for the BID run coming soon. The LST is also going to be BID inspired literally! One girl is going to get my full torture treatment, so as to spell out BID, in hopefully purple buds, just for the challenge and also another way for me to remember Seth.

Another one of the girls will be a mommy for some pre fluxed clones for another full fluxed run of purps! The other ???? Not to sure?? :)

Also my first surviving clone will be here and getting run in there somewhere! :)

As you can see one girl has thrown herself into having 3 growing points! :) This is the chosen BID plant as the structure and form lend to the job of training her up as I plan.
That's about it really, just hope a few join me for a chilled little mini adventure :)

LA, after having caught up on so much more of this and other journals of yours, and having come back to the beginning again has helped me understand so much more than I did a week ago - let alone a month ago. So many of the terms and acronyms are completely new to me as I've been growing and smoking in the closet for 15 years. Your journal and everyone's discussions have been like a 'coming full circle' for me the past week. I have the day off today (as you can probably tell from my sappy post lol) and am truly enjoying spending the majority of it soaking in knowledge and life experiences in our 420 community. I truly appreciate all of your efforts and all of your sharing. A week ago I had no clue what half of the acronyms in your journal meant but the journey of topics and discussion has given me an entirely new understanding and appreciation of not only growing cannabis, but also about this community. Thanks man!

b.real, with other lesser LED's the height would be a bit much! :) Yet these are some of my upgraded clusters. I'm lucky as I have all 3 tiers of clusters from Budmaster. These are GOD clusters! :) (Actually named so because of what I called the big light when I first got it! :) )
The PAR levels etc that these top flight diodes give off are simply mind blowing! :) yet its the usable spectrum of these Osram diodes that makes such a difference! :)
Here are a few graphs from BM. They surpass hps without trying lol. Just no comparison in my opinion, as I get far better light penetration :)

Your not wrong my friend! :) its crazy as I thought the old XG clusters were good lol. Then I got some of the OD range and was like ok yep definitely an upgrade and improvement in colour etc. Then I went and got the GOD delivered, he he! :) Jesus mary and Joseph! !! They slay even the OD range by an absolutely huge margin. They're just beyond anything I thought I'd ever own! :)

Damn, mind blown. Don't know what to say haha. I'm going to stick with hps! :)

I'm really happy to see you are always learning LA, and giving led's a good run for their money.
