Yea but they taste better dried.Just to clarify, those photos were before dehydrating. They look unappealing after they are dried.

Yep, I had a "taste" awhile ago. Not too bad, and cracker crisp. LOL I do feel a slight buzzy, and got some kind of energy spurt that was unexpected. Nothing major, just enough to know. LOL So, proves to me that those pin shrooms have some amount of kick to them. I only ate 3 of the medium size, just to test it.

So, ending my day here, I went and peeked at the cakes. I've got shrooms growing out the sides and upward. This should be very nice in a couple days. I'll try to get a pic up tomorrow.

If there is anything I've learned from my foraging days it's that they don't take long to mature. I used to put markers in spots to be able to find them the next day before they went bad. Well, and before the critters munched on them.
So much for the big brainI need to get one of those Mushroom vehicles I keep hearing about. You know.....a spores car.

I have my fruiting chamber on 12/12 lighting schedule per the suggestions on the instruction sheets from Midwest Grow Kits.
Anyone have a different preference on that?

UPDATE: Day 2 Fruiting Humidity and heat doing great.
The photos make them look larger than they are. These are all Blue Meanie's. The three other strains seem to go slower.

The other two all in one bags are moving rather slowly with colonization. I've covered them both with black plastic now. We'll see if keeping them in the dark speeds it up a bit.
I have my @Midwest Grow Kits all-in- one bag that’s been inoculated with @Spore Genetics Purple Mystic

I only had time for some quick shots.
Blue Meanie's 1,2 and 3. Nothing fancy, just quick pics showing how much has grown since yesterday.
Also, the All In One bag that is mixed appears to be ready for the next step. Have to cut the top off just under the seam and mist a little inside, then fold it down and clip it closed again. Around day 10, start giving it 12-16 hours of light.
So, more waiting. LOL
I only had time for some quick shots.

Anyone who has done the AIO bags before, does this look ready for the next step of cutting the top and misting it? Or should I let it colonize completely white?

Okay, these grew out tremendously overnight. A couple of the caps opened. I've cut a few off.
My question, please tell me if the white fuzzy stuff at the base is normal???

So, I read up on the fuzzy feet. This can be due to lack of oxygen and/or humidity too high.
The oxygen in the fruiting tub could be not enough. I'm going to see what I can do on that. Any suggestions? Larger holes in the tub with some kind of filter?

The last substrate jars are going very slowly in the shroom house. I have two jars with green mold, those are getting pulled out. I still have 6 jars of unused substrate and spore solution left from all 4 strains, so as soon as I get an hour or so of completely free time, I will be inoculating more jars.
