I'm in but at the back, my posts are lively so will attempt to behave 4 a change, anyone who's read my posts will know and that's if they understand wtf im chatting bout. Until you take your flower enjoy growing and nobody here is truly rude or insensitive or they realise and edit immediately knowing that was taken too far. Sorry I'm just a London reprobate. :peace:

Hi Ya and Welcome Susat66.......I'm sure you'll find post here may get quite crazy but it is the result of having a crazy married couple having fun. My mentor and husband is Green Dreamz AKA Dirty Dreamz, we will try not to be offensive but we are 2 nuts in a grow, you never know.:welcome::rollit:

Hey Susat, I hope you're gunna see what I type as me piping up on your behalf!

That's the most coherent and positively decent a typing I've ever seen Susat do. :)

He's been a good boy and I truly believe he should get a smiley stamp for good behaviour.

Thanks but was actually speaking of my general behaviour ask GD I think he's had problems understanding my language amongst other things. All the others need translation at times. And don't worry about me ive been around and still play very hard.

Well my girl has started reaching for the light and you can just barely see the true leaves starting. I will have to watch her close because the true leaves look brown.:Hookah:

Does Dirty have a cfl you can use in the seedling stage? If he has get it moved asap, I've found not all seedlings like the LED.
If you've no cfl, can you answer these questions. How far away do you have it from the LED & is it directly underneath? I'd advise a distance of at least 2ft & have it around a foot outside of the light :)

With more powerful LEDs it may be required to go to 36" I found with my mars 1200, seedlings would bleach if they were closer than 30"

I figured that i would jump in as she is gone to the store, but i do have a cfl.....but i do have the ligth 36" away and her CC is all the way in the corner so not direct light....but i will get the cfl out and hang it for her....crap....still got to hang those in her greenhouse:)lol.....seems i am gonna be busy for a little while:) thanks for the advice Skunny:)

She is currently using my old mars 400.......but i am gonna buy her this bad azz light for the tent after i finish upgrading my fllower room:)lol oh and the bad azz light i am speaking of is not sponsored here and was pointed out to me Mr Skunny for a US based light company......if there is any interest then PM me and i will send links:)
 
I dunno what it is with LED but since using it on seedlings I've had lots of deformities & a couple with the 1st set of leaves dying before they develop & that's with TopLED reflectors. I'm gonna stick with cfl in future, I'll try them again with LED when I upgrade my veg lights.
Good moves treating LB to the new light, I hope she repays you in kind :)
How you liking your new light anyway? Can you see the difference that quality diodes make yet?
