Kundal1n1's - Soil - Multi-Strain - 2016

Well Kundal, I am sorry to hear about the other 2. You should be able to get a decent yield from that girl now though with all the experience you have been getting lately. I say yes to letting it grow out another couple of weeks and make more potential bud sites. Just remember that once you flip to flower she will likely double in size :)

Yes definitely not all is lost. Steep learning curve indeed.
She's looking good though. I'm happy at least there's one after all the endeavors. Take care man

Day 45.

Watered with 1/3 strength organic bloom fertilizer.
It smells like fish!
Anyways, Celesta is looking amazing. There's calyxes forming everywhere. I've found the ideal flowering pot for her, it's outside in the yard, I'll need to empty it first and clean it thoroughly. I'll probably do that this weekend so she can have her resting place set for the next couple of months of flowering.

Here's a pic of how she's looking. The LST is doing wonders!

Woo, look at those arms grow! She is looking great kundal and very healthy. One thing you sure have come to learn is how to keep your plants happy regardless of their gender :) Keep up the great work over here, that plant will be a very bushy monster by the time you're done!

You wouldn't have to worry about getting root bound in that monster of a pot. How long do you plan on vegging before you flip her?

Hehehe true. Well I'd like to let her grow out a bit more. I'd say a couple weeks after transplant. The tent is not that big really. I'm factoring in the bloom stretch too.
Oh man, just FYI. I saw a documentary of Humboldt gardens in California. They are growing giant shrubs there. You should check it out. :)

How big of a pot is she in now? Nice I've seen a few shows about some of the trees they grow in the triangle, I would love to have a couple outside but the wife is strongly against it.

She's in a 5 gal pot now. Initially that was the idea of keeping her in that. But when I took out the males last week I noticed the roots were covering the whole surface area of the sides of the pots and we're starting to grow around the bottom. Hence I thought it might be wise to do a final transplant since she is going to be spending another 60 days in that one. When she's budding I feel I shouldn't transplant anymore.

The 5 gal should be plenty, my mystery girl vegged out for about 45 days in the 5 gal before I flipped her.

Oh ok thanks dirt. I might still transplant her though. I just love to experiment? :) I kinda want to make up for losing the other 3 plants to fill the tent.

If you wont have any issues with space for the big planter I would say go for it. Also if the roots were starting to curl around the bottom of the 5gal pots of those males you pulled than maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to transplant again and see what kind of tree you can grow in that bad boy pot. Once those roots start curling around like that you know they don't have much place else to go and if you plan to veg for another 2 weeks or more it would be a good idea to give them some room in the pot. More roots, bigger pot = more bigger buds... at least so I've been told :)

Keep up the good work my friend, can't wait to see how this lady turns out for ya!

Yes indeed. It's like how it would be for us wearing too small shoes. It would work, but it would hurt after a while.
I feel like she doesn't need more stress after everything I put her through.. :) I'm going to give it a go during an evening one of these days.

Day 48.

One hour and 10l water later.
Celesta has found her final resting place.
The tent is becoming too small again lol.
I'm thinking I should've built it on the ground.
Height might become an issue, we'll see.
I'm entering unexplored territory.
The realm of the blue mystic trees.

This momma has got balls.
I counted 1 male organ. So indeed she is a hermie.
It's located on a lower branch. What should I do with it?
Can I pinch it? What a strange thought... jeez
Should I trim the lower branches?
Next week or two will be going towards creating the bud canopy. There's lots of female calyxes everywhere, lots of pistils.

It has taken me some time to rearrange the lst ties but it all worked out excellent.
She's happy to have all the space she wants. :)

So.. my questions.. what do I do with the male part that I found? Do I need to trim the lower branches and clear out below the canopy?
Thanks in advance. You're all amazing people.
