Kundal1n1's - Soil - Multi-Strain - 2016

Hey kundal, the girls are looking healthy. Quite the lst you did there, good job. When I first looked I was thinking wtf happened to those leaves, then I realized it was the lst you did and that's why they were turned over and sideways lol Threw me for a loop there.

I am wondering if solara's issue would be a Magnesium deficiency that is causing the leaves to canoe upwards like that. If it's not a heat or light intensity issue then I think I would lean towards the Mg def. None of the other plants are having this issue so it may not be a heat or light issue. Try hanging your thermometer right at Solara's canopy horizontally and see what the temperature is right at the top of her. Where the thermometer is right now it would be a few or more degrees cooler since it is shaded down there, this would give you more of a room or soil based temperature. Also, is she the same strain as you grew last grow or is this a new one? I can't remember right off hand.

That's a great idea dick23rk with the thermometer hanging. I'll try it out. And yes, Luna and Solara are freebie mystery strains. I must say that it's quite cool to have different kinds of strains together, just to see the uniqueness of the leaves and growth patterns. :)

The DIY Carbon Scrubbing Buddy.

Aluminum mesh with carbon pre-filter for air purifiers wrapped around it. Plus the required ductape of course. :)

Time to hook it up and see how she blows.

Well there was a bit of a change in the temperature at the canopy height, but not enough of a change to make me think the canoeing is a heat stress factor. Would be nice if someone else could chime in on this, but from what I have previously read when we started talking about this issue I would have to say maybe you have a Mg deficiency. Can we get a shot of one of the effected leaves up close under natural light? Maybe the leaf color will show us something.

Ahh yes good idea to make a picture under a different light. Too tired now though lol. Could it be that the CFL'S are too close? They're at 2inch to 4inch away.
New growth is doing well. After the transplant they grew alot, it's crazy. I feel slightly overwhelmed at seeing the tent nowadays and think grinning where's my weed whacker lol. It seems I have solved the calcium deficiency with the eggshell powder though. I can't see any discoloration anymore.

Day 33.

Good growth on the branches.
Nothing else really. Just observing.
Haven't watered them. No feed.
NothingNess. I think I spotted some sexual organs being developed. It's premature for now.
Although they are ripening well,The flesh of their being.
I'm not into lst tonight. Just want to see them grow.
Have a great day!

Did more LST.
I believe to have spotted my first female. It's Gabriela the blue mystic.
I'm also suspecting Luna to be female.
Celesta & Solara aren't showing yet.

Here's a pic of my attempt to do some crowd control.
I also topped all of the tops to help with height control.
When they recover from that it'll be time to flip the 1212 switch. :) cross fingers. But it looks to be promising. <3

:thumb: just got done doing some training on my c99 yesterday. I topped her a few days ago so she would have 8 tops, then started tying her down. She will probably veg out for a few months while I focus more on my auto's and fluxing. Plants look great keep up the good work

Awesome! How many tops would you say is best for a good outcome? The more the merrier I'm guessing, but don't they get smaller though?

Yay, he has ladies!! That is great to hear Kundal, can't wait to see how the others turn out. Keep up the good work :)

Hey there, welcome back!
And yes I believe so, yet am being very cautious about expressing my thoughts with that.. since last time.. you know.. :)
But yeah. I think there is at least one. Gabriela has that distinct duck head trumpet thing going on with the preflowers. And it's not on a little stem, but directly attached to the main node.. so I might actually be right! :)
The funny thing is, now I'm actually hoping that there will be a male too, just for the space you know. Even with the expansion to the space, with 4 of those in there it's pretty crowded. :)
Thanks for stopping by, have a great week dick23rk. Hope things are well on your end?

Thanks Kundal. Things are going good, I see you stopped into the garden :)

Celesta has won the show-your-pistils race.
She's a winner!
That was easy determining her gender, all of a sudden she sprouted pistils.
They definitely weren't there a couple days ago :)
Hooray! She's the only one so far with pistils, although i'm fairly certain there's another female in the room.
Sorry about the fuzzy pic, the pistils are next to the topped part.
