I'm not doing defoil anymore.... Only what is dead or dying. About 10 days or so before harvest I do a heavy defoil. I've tried with and without and I prefer without bc I think the plants get shocked more than needed and those leaves are like a little solar panels for the plant.

You're the reason I started trying it and I've been very pleased with the results. I do like to do a heavy defoil before harvest so all them popcorn buds can get some extra light and it makes trimming session go faster.

Why do u think penny the second candy cane auto grew bigger. Got extra ounce compared to small dense one. Buds look different as well? My small one they are nice dark green and dense. The other cc is brother and fluffier I feel

Fluffy buds are okay too. Doesn't take much work to smoke them. Just toss it right on the bowl. No grinding involved.

I was thinking about going back to vaping e juice 3 mil nic. Small thirty watt device. See if I will vape if save me some green. Debating it
