Some folks here have noticed if they wait until after June 1st to install them outdoors, pm is reduced. I did it last year and I'm going to wait again this year. It's anecdotal at this point. I'll still get them going to make good roots and a good size plant. Your 4/20 may be a good time for me too.

So last night I dropped the bomb to my wife I bought a tent during a joint break at my cousins. She did not say anything so in 8 days when it shows up and I start putting it together she should not get to pissed off. Then I have to figure out how to put it and the light together. Hopefully it is not too difficult. I can't wait and I am planning it out as to where it will go. I am going to keep it downstairs and put it in the office where she works every day. This will get interesting but it's the best place for it so it is going in there. I am excited.

How does she feel about the smell of weed, Keith? If you put the tent where she works everyday you may need to get a carbon filter for the odor.

And the idea of putting the tent in her work room surprises me. Did you wake and bake this morning? 😁

Yes, I did at about 4:30 am. It's the best room for it and to start I am only going to do the seedlings so no smell. Once they are big enough to go outdoors out, It is the best room. 🍋
 
I know it is a little intrusive, but this is where it needs to go. It is only a 2'x2'x3' so it is small I will put it on a small table in the corner of the room. I really should not be in there that much, I think. Upstairs will be too much carrying up and down the stairs. I think I can make it work. I have to make it work. It can't go in the dining room or living room.
 
Hey GDB if I were to try and grow 1 small auto, how bad is the smell without a filter. I am getting way ahead of myself but if I were to grow 1 small plant in the winter it would be a start for me to learn on. This would be a long way off. I figure the seedlings will be my foot indoors and then I would go from there. I will need to keep the area clean and tidy.

The smell varies from strain to strain. Some stink to high heaven while others are mildly scented. I think they ALL smell at least a little!

Carbon filter will stop smell until you open tent 🙂
