Betcha these are actually sharp and will cut rather than pull. Betcha the springs won’t stick either. Old used up trimmers blow. I went almost a year with three of these. All three are shot. Lmao.Happiness is a brand new set of trimmers!
The entire thing! Have I taught you nothing? We even went around on the topic in one of your past journals. What can I harvest from these tilapia that would be good for my plants? Anything? The scales?
Weird question, I know. Lol.
Lmao! Yes I remember now. That’s so funny. I wonder if I said then what I say now - are you even a little bit serious? I need that bad enough to keep rotting fish around somewhere for months? The entire thing! Have I taught you nothing? We even went around on the topic in one of your past journals.
By mixing equal parts of fish and brown sugar by weight (with a little bit of microbes) and letting it sit for a while (months) you end up with FAA (Fish Amino Acid), one of the best of the organic fertilizers.
Get a half gallon mason jar, put your stuff in it and put the lid on but not screwed down tightly. Stick it in a corner out of the way and out of direct sun. You'll never know it was there.are you even a little bit serious? I need that bad enough to keep rotting fish around somewhere for months?
Ok cool. And who is going to chop the fish up? Not this guy. Lol!Get a half gallon mason jar, put your stuff in it and put the lid on but not screwed down tightly. Stick it in a corner out of the way and out of direct sun. You'll never know it was there.
You know, for when your other nutrients run out...
Certainly Jon! In the Jadam book are recipe's for fish emulsion. One made from water and one another way I don't recall now. If you're interested I can take a pic?I also got this bad boy today, and here’s the tie-in to the grow, lol…when we catch tilapia here, which is pretty frequent, the instructions from the Florida Fish and Game Commission are to “dispose” of the fish. They’re considered invasive and a negative species as they weed out the good fish eating their young. And unless you get a big one who is feeling frisky (rare - not the big but the frisky) they’re pretty much like reeling in a log. In other words, they suck and I have no problem killing them. To this point I have always fed them to this one four foot tall bird who has figured out that when I go out there with a rod it may well mean a fish dinner. I toss it anywhere near him but far enough away from me and he spears it in seconds and takes off. That’s cool and fun, but this happens with frequency.

Man, you're a little high maintenance on this stuff, huh?Ok cool. And who is going to chop the fish up? Not this guy. Lol!
You didn’t say to take my skirt off. Is that part of this too? I gotta put my big boy pants on? Lmao.Man, you're a little high maintenance on this stuff, huh?
You can put the damn fish in whole if you want. Not ideal, but it will still work.
Ok. Ok. You got me. Would've been a fun pic, though! You didn’t say to take my skirt off. Is that part of this too? I gotta put my big boy pants on? Lmao.
I figured your game out here. You wouldn’t do this and keep rotting fish around all over the place in a million years. You just wanna see if you can get me to do it and display it in the journal. Then you get to post your oh-so-clever laughing face emojis and stuff. I have you pegged Azi.
And now that you are about to take the plunge with making your own fish nutes, did you know you can do the same thing with bananas? Helpful as a flowering compliment. You know, to help you round out your nute line as you convert over.So there’s more than you needed to know about the strain. I’m psyched about it. Since we had to kill the Tropicanna Banana photo, this will be my first “banana” plant.
Ok @Azimuth, now we’re in reality land. So are you serious? All I have to do is mash up a banana and seal it in a container with what? Do I use the peels? The seed? (Or whatever that thing is at the bottom, lol?). How long? Then what? Got a link? This I would actually do.And now that you are about to take the plunge with making your own fish nutes, did you know you can do the same thing with bananas? Helpful as a flowering compliment. Aww Kool. I want one too.Happiness is a brand new set of trimmers!
