Where we are with Titan

Here’s the early returns on Titan. There’s everything pictured, plus a whole large box full and wet in the dry room, plus the rest of the plant.

Hi @Kanno26 - I already pretty much know and all I can tell you is that make a record doesn’t quite do it. I don’t recall ever seeing a one auto harvest as much as this plant is anywhere - maybe Xmas came close a few times. That’s all I’ll tell you for now. See next post.

So a hefty portion of Titan buds are now dried, trimmed, and broken down for jarring. I am about to try a test bud. I suspect we’re four to six hours out yet but it’s close enough to test.

This is the tester bud. This is a dried and ready to smoke bud. Ready for the jar, I believe, I’ll know shortly. When I jar I’ll do a partial yield report.

Yes, it really turns out like this. Someone needs to help me find my jaw.

Hi @Carmen Ray, a quick fyi - all the autos are watered to runoff now. Only feed besides the starter soil (which included the first GeoFlora feeding) so far is Fox Farms microbe Brew and MSA.

Not just that @Azimuth - here’s a peek for you. The title of the new journal is going to be Jon’s 3 Autos/3 Pounds Attempt. I now know it can be done and know the tweaks necessary to make it happen. I have a radical idea in play too. Whoo hoo! It’s almost on. Yes, Titan is so close to a pound that I now know it can be done.

I basically divide Titan’s buds based on when they were harvested. That essentially gives us four boxes. We took her at three times so far and then the rest is four. This is box 1 dried and jarred. The other full dry box will go tomorrow morning. Then box 3 is a wait yet as it’s still drying, and box 4 is the remaining plant.

So here are the results of Box 1, in montage…

We are at 6 grams shy of 10 ounces. (there you go @Rexer). One full box left plus the remaining plant.

This plant is going to come in very close to an entire pound of finished bud.

The reason is that the cover leaf I left (it’s very minimal, most people would be happy with it) is just so damn frosty and sweet that it’s not worth removing. Which is a nice break and surprise for me cuz just for shits and giggles I final trimmed a bud to show you what the super pro trim version of this bud is. Took a while. Five minutes. There’s hundreds of buds. Do the math. Not happening. Except to my head stash jars. They are going to look like this. Here’s the same bud, trimmed to sweetness, from different perspectives and this different lighting.

Enjoy. I’m going to smoke this now.
