No, in addition to. That last few batches of edibles got about 1/2 tsp of keif added. They came out pretty strong!! The problem is, my grinder doesn't keep up with the keif production. I don't smoke much and even though my daughter smokes a lot more, I could still use more keif for the edibles

Gotcha. Yeah the grinder is slow. Try on batch. All you need is screen.

You can. I often do. You get more. At least for the first pass o usually do. Just make sure it’s bone dry before you freeze it. The bins I have are around $50 on the Zon.

You really think the Exhale bags are worth it? I stopped using them.

I'm not sure. I just know what my yields from the first run were far better than any subsequent run to date, so why change anything?

Time to Make the Donuts

This morning’s haul and what’s left. Almost getting towards manageable. Lol.

Basically when the buds go from light green as you see remaining on the plant, to this, I take them, or whatever part is ready. About every other day I’ve done a haul like this. The last you see left will go for another two or three days and come down all at once and we’re ready for our next trick in that tent.

So now I’m finally trimming the very bottom buds on the plant. This is the flarf zone, and where we found out how we did in that regard. So I took one of the branches and trimmed it all the way - total, 100% finish trimmed.

Even the flarfiest branch leaves no bullshit buds!

Here’s the branch trimmed, a closeup, and what came off. There’s no flarf on this plant. OMG.

Jack Herer hits the jars at 51 grams. Horrible.

So with our two blow off crap autos, ie, the Zkittlez and the Jack Herer, that puts this grow so far at:

Zkittlez….40 g
Jack Herer….51 g

Wow pretty crappy. It’s good weed, just hardly any. Lol. Worry not. Cuz this next post is the first of the plants we actually give a shit about. Wait til you see the next one!

I’m so proud of this. This bud is really really good. It’s already super tasty. Gorgeous looking. All small popcorn buds like we thought, and not far off projections. 71 grams/2.5 ounces.

The yield was irrelevant with this plant. The quality and bringing her home were m concerns. 2.5 is a nice surprise frankly.

Wish I could share this with all of you!!!

Where we are with Titan

Here’s the early returns on Titan. There’s everything pictured, plus a whole large box full and wet in the dry room, plus the rest of the plant.

What’s interesting now that I see it clearly for the first time, is that the buds really do continue to develop when you do a staggered harvest. Check out the pictures. Two days ago there was nothing but green and yellow. The tops at least have really stepped it up and look like they may get closer to legit (all of them are legit, I mean in terms of color). I can’t begin to guess what’s still on here, but at least a couple ounces, maybe three. This is the plant that never stops giving.
