Jon's Dedicated Fruity Pebble Cookies Grow Plus The Mystery Plant

Hey @Costanza, got an old 3 or 5 gallon pot that is still full of dried soil by any chance? I have a bunch, just in case I need to employ extreme RH measures. But if you do, you could put one in the tent under your canopy and it would help to absorb some moisture. Just a thought.
I never tried this, but I would bet even a bag of kitty litter would help. Just thought of this. Wonder if anyone has done this or if I'm stupid?

Titan
Lower Bud Ring Stacking/Growth

Since I cranked the light from 25 to 100% and moved it up I have seen an explosion of pistil growth in all directions, on top of what was already pretty impressive. I am also wondering if the seemingly sudden-ish appearance of the frost train rolling in is connected to the increase. Could it all just be timing? Sure, it could. I'm just wondering because suddenly it seems these buds are packing on "pistil weight" in the same way buds pack on weight at the very end of flower. I have never seen a plant bud out quite like this before, and certainly have no reference point for the nature of the pistils.

This is a lowest ring bud.

Bonus Picture - I managed to snap this picture early this morning when I was out back filling the five gallon bucket from the outdoor hose. The spider was even kind enough to pose on the leaf so that he/she had a nice background. This is a web in the grass about as big around as my fist. The spider is so small I couldn't even see it until I looked at the picture. I thought I was just taking a picture of the web.

Digging the Greek names too. Best weed I've ever had was stuff buddy brought back from Greece in the mid 90s. Stuff had a yellow golden color to it

Morning @Jon! That's amazing how close to the light she is, I'm too chicken to let them get closer than 16". Is that a Honeywell fan? Looks just like the one I bought to replace my dead 12" old school fan and I love it. I can aim it so even the seedlings are getting hit. I've never grown in a tent but I feel for you guys, it's gotta be 10x harder than what I'm doing but I'm lucky to have a spare bathroom.

I mentioned I've had a friend helping me out, and turns out I need the help. I've got 2 lsd-25s from FBA, and I would have chopped one a week ago. It looks so done but it's the first purple strain I've ever grown. Problem was we weren't seeing any amber. He talked me into continuing to wait, and he was right. The test buds keep getting better - it's a short sparse plant but has really fat buds. I have to give this strain high marks. It's got an awesome diesel fruit smell that's hard to describe. It's pretty much stopped feeding, and all the cola leaves are turning purple. If it gets much better it'll be the best auto I've grown yet. I'll post a pic later, the colors are fantastic.

What are the strains of the greek ladies again? And when are you gonna post another pic of Molly???

Have a great day!

Hi @BubbaKush909 - it's a Pelonis, thus the name. Just got it. Love it already even though it's right on the edge of being too powerful for a 5x5.

When it comes to judging when to harvest plants, specifically when growing indoors, I basically use the trichomes as my primary gauge. They tend not to lie. If they're clear you won't get high. All milky = highest thc level and most "up" buzz. The more amber you allow the more the buzz moves towards the body/indica side. Generally speaking, anyway. For me more amber also = more munchies. Lol. But yeah, your buddy was right, wait until they are the state you prefer.

Fulvia and Elora are the ladies, and they are Ethos genetics Fruity Pebble Cookies, ie, Fruity Pebbles OG X Girl Scout Cookies. Molly needs a haircut!!!

Enjoy your Wednesday!

I've got a pelonis tower fan that I use and I love it. Once you find a good fan it's tough to buy from another company. I just sat on the AC Inifinity website over the weekend refreshing the page like a nutcase to be able to order their new clip fan.

Hi @Kanno26. Hey can you post a picture that does not contain the link but has the brand?

EDIT: But without seeing it the specs all look good to me.

Never mind, @Kanno26 I found it. I am not familiar with the brand. Looks okay to me, let's see what Rex says.

Hey Kanno,

A quick look at the specs, nothing jumps out as wrong.
I'm not familiar with the brand, however that means nothing in reality.

Assuming this is for your tent (4x4 or 5x5) you should be good.

I'm not going to lie. I don't follow any science to it for the sizing, other than to recommend going overkill (or what most use). For example, the best one I've used, inside my 4x4 was rated for 4500 Sq feet (had to look that part up).

The bigger the better, the easier it is on the dehumidifier, and the longer they usually last.

I do like that it has auto restart on power failure. If you find the sensor isn't accurate in it, you'll have the option of hooking an Inkbird RH controller.

Make sure to have a drain hose setup, you never want to have it turn off from being full (RH spike will happen).

Set it according to the growth stage of your plants, and then laugh cause you've got your RH worring days behind you:high-five:

Hi Rex, thank you for your time and opinion, so if I have a tent 145-145-200 then it should be fine when it is supposed to be on 45m2 and has the option to connect it to the garbage or is it better bigger? Here I find a suitable price-performance ratio, but I'm happy to get advice;). You had a really big DEHUMIDIFIER 4500 feet2 I do not know how many meters it is but it will come to me in some halls need;).

Ok so I had a chance and did the conversion- 484 square feet is that one.
A bit on the lower side- but it will work. It'll work harder to get that RH down then a larger one, but it's still in the "overkill" category if it's sitting in the tent. I'm no hvac guy lol these are best guesses

Great guesses, and @Kanno26 this is why I recommended the other one, cuz the other one is "a bit on the lower side," as Rex says. And please don't ever apologize for asking me for assistance. I enjoy helping you if I can.

Sorry I got a little behind but I've been sitting on it all day trying to catch up here so hopefully it's grown on me! Everything looks like it's ticking over wonderfully and the pistils on that Titan are cray.

Also, love the structure on the Zkittlez auto you're flaunting to the neighbors. :thumb:
Thanks Shed! I like the Zkittlez too even though she's just a little thing. Sometimes it's not the size of the dog it's the bark in it, right? Lol. It would be funny to see this Zkittlez next to your Candida.

Warning: Post of a Personal Nature

Guys, I haven't really shared this, but I am an addict. I go to SA meetings with frequency. That's my cross to bear, but I needed to share because yesterday, unfortunately, I had a relapse. My sponsor tells me that if I fall off the wagon I need to immediately own it, and then share it with others. So I am taking his advice and sharing my relapse.

Don't look at me, I'm ugly....
