Jon’s 3 Autoflower - 3 Pounds Attempt Grow

Strawberry cough is provoking positive creativity like that for me.
Ding ding ding! Okay! @StoneOtter, that’s good enough for me. It’s one of my favorite strains, although I like Strawberry Haze a little better. But the SC is a much more productive plant. What did you take off yours?

Some Support for the WWC
Forbidden Runtz Pics

Had to start getting creative to support the side branches and top four colas of the WWC. Here’s a smattering of pictures to show you some of what I’ve done. Duct tape, bamboo, and household stuff. Heh.

Also pictured is the mountain that is the Forbidden Runtz. The colas are very heavy on this plant. She’s not small when seen by herself.

My drummer, also a home grower, just shared some of his latest harvest with me. This is his Ecto Cooler, grown indoors in living soil under LED. It’s very fruity and up. Nice strain. And nice to smoke something you didn’t already have!

Daaaang that's a lot of tops!
Beautiful
What’s nuts is, all I did, and I mean literally all, is top above the 4th node. I may have topped one of two side branches but I don’t think so. This is all her. Original Harvest genetics. Vey impressed. First try.

Day 73

This, I’m pretty sure, is a beast. OMFG.

The first picture is about the best I can do to get the entire plant in the frame.

The second picture shows how the color comes in on this one. This is the same way she colored up last time. The hairs start to come in either shocking, almost neon orange, or they come in various lighter shades of pink. Quite beautiful to watch.

The last picture shows you how gigantic even the buds in the lower ring are, as this is one of them.

She has about a month left. Watch her pack on weight and color up like a champ now. With this one I pretty much know what’s going to happen. This is the best part. It’s like the second set is about to start and the lights just went down.

Happy Tuesday.

Eagles are the only undefeated team in the NFL if anyone was wondering.

I’m in the process of beginning my winter outdoor grow. I will be doing a journal for that grow, but I tire of displaying the same damn starting crap every time. So that journal won’t start until the plants are up and a bit established. But what I’m doing is:

- 3 photoperiod plants
- 3 different genetics
- 2 in coco, 1 in soil
- All will veg under LED until I feel they’re big enough, at which point they will go outside to flower under tha natural light cycle
- Nutes: Coco plants = @Prescription Blend, Soil plant = @GeoFlora Nutrients
- Strains: Kushberry (DNA Genetics), Blueberry Cupcake (Humboldt Seed Company), Mandarin Zkittlez (Ethos)

When the time comes I will put a link in this journal to the outdoor grow.

Scenes from the Garden on Day 73

1. Another lower ring bud from the Watermelon WeddingCake. Shows just how chunky the buds get on the WWC. She’s a dream to trim, and you can kind of see why on this branch. The buds all just cut right off a little stem attached to the branch stem, and individually they are relatively leafless and very independently self-contained, if that makes sense. As much time as we spend trimming it’s likely not lost on you guys. Not everyone has a ready and willing labor pool to help trim like @Emilya Green, lol.

2. Looking up at the mountain that the Forbidden Runtz has become. Due to the way the colas decided to express their dominance, I have ended up with a plant that looks like a mini-mountain or almost pyramid-esque. The main and most dominant cola is simply huge, and all these buds are way heavy indica buds. I’m assuming I got the indica phenotype with the FR, lol, it sure looks like it. In this picture you get an idea of the sum of the plant.

3. Closeup on a FR bud to show that she is starting to color, frost and fatten up big time. This is one of the lowest buds on the plant.

Enjoy!

Did you get it into the x5 mode?
Either way, that's some hot mix 🔥 . She's obviously doing great and loving it!

That makes perfect sense, and I love when that happens.
The Ak-47 I just harvested, was the exact opposite. Each bud had to be snipped individually, and clipped on two sides to break down the nugs.

It’s in the x10 mode and it was reading 190 when I posted that. Now it’s down to 176 (just measured). So she’s definitely feeding heavy, (That’s heavy feeding isn’t it? Or no? 14 points in a couple hours?) and liking what’s going on. Still not the slightest blemish anywhere and no signs of stalled growth of compromised pistils or whatever else might signal a problem. I’m letting it get down to around 120 (60% of the starting mix TDS of 200) and then changing the res. So far so good, still. Lol. I’m the luckiest grower in the world to get away with what I do. More lucky than good.
