Joe's Grows

And finally, Big Swiss in the tent.

The mould doesn't look as angry as before, I guess the H2O2 works.
I decided to change the mix to 50/50 and spray it again. The difference between the first mix and this one, is that the 30/70 mix didn't make the soil fizz when sprayed directly onto it, the 50/50 mix does. Hopefully it clears it up for good. I'll keep watching for now.

I managed to give the girls a little trim in between showers. It's just as well I did, because no sooner had I finished trimming, the damn rain started again. It's currently raining, 87% humidity, and a tropical cyclone has just been announced as "on the way", yip-fucken-ee.

Soooo.....
We just got evacuated, the river burst its banks.
Did I happen to mention that it's still bloody raining!? Fingers crossed it stops soon...:nervous-guy:
A couple of hundred miles south, they're having 30°c sunny days ffs.
That's a bugger, hope it goes down without any damage to your's.

It's alright, we're back and everything is fine. Thankfully the river didn't get any higher than it did.
Anyway, the plants look okay, I noticed some insects on one of them, so I decided to spray with Neem oil. I didn't spray Rose (aka Little Swiss) cos I don't want buds that taste like Neem oil and I figured the smell from the other plants might deter any insects in the vicinity to stay away. I'm hoping it's a good strategy. The two clones have only just begun to start flowering, so they haven't actually formed solid buds yet, whereas Rose has already got solid buds forming. You can probably see the difference in the pics

Big Swiss in the tent is still going, she's bulking quite a bit now, but she's going to be a shadow of her potential self. I'm really bummed about it, but I have 3 more seeds to grow, so redemption is possible.

Seeing Stunger supercrop his plants spurred me into action to do the same. Here's the results.
The center plant and the one on the right in the pics are both clones from Big Swiss. Those are the ones I supercropped today.
You can see the difference in height before and after using the spade for reference.
And this is the tool I use to crush the stems, it's a pair of long nose pliers specific to electronics, it has no serrations on the jaws. I still managed to make a mess of the stems though lol

The plants seems to take supercropping in their stride. I have put a couple of wraps of electrical tape around the jaws of my pliers to 'soften' their hardness. Nice to see the sun out eh!
Yeah it doesn't really slow them down at all. I still feel bad when I do it though. I actually forgot what the sun looks like, and it's supposed to be summer...
