Joe's Grows

After switching to 12/12 a few days ago, Big Swiss is starting to stretch now. I gave her a trim and opened her up to expose more bud sites to the light and for better airflow.

Heeeeee brew

Omg congratulations on the Wookiee take down! Your girl was a GIANT compared to mine. I hope you like the smoke :)

And the rest of your grow, fucking mint bruv!

So happy for you, grandpa.

👴🏼

Churrrrrrrrr

Lolling! Xo
Hi T, I'm sure I'll love the smoke, it smells great.
Once my son, my neighbour, and myself have had the chance to try it (none of us have tried auto plants and we're all quite excited tbh), I'll let you know the verdict.

Thanks Nana... oh, one more thing. As a show of Anzac respect from across the ditch for the Wookiee seed, I'm going to give my best rendition of the great Australian spirit booster...

Aussie oy, oy Aussie, oy Aussie.

I hope I did that right, and that it boosted your spirit. Party well my Aussie friend.

Ahhhh koom a tea koom a tea kawrah!

I know you read that in a totes singy voice. Lolllll

I have never done tent growing, so it is amazing to see that the plant you started indoors is happily flowering outdoors. Good colour too.
It's a good way to get a headstart on the outdoor season, as you can see they're well advanced already. Might be something to look into with the sativa's you're growing, it'll basically give you a longer veg season.
Yeah the colour looks really healthy, it's because of the soil I mixed up last year, it's got almost everything from the herbi site in it, from kelp meal, to frass, to mussel meal, to Trichoderma etc, it's got a bit of everything, and the plants love it. I haven't even fed them yet, except for the fish hydrolysate and coconut water, yucca and organic acids I add to the water occasionally.

I don't have a light to do what you're doing. I wondered if because the daylight hours are still increasing for a couple more weeks whether they'd maybe re-veg, but nah, they seem to be going great guns.

I've been re-using my soil for about 5 years, and amending each off season, last time I did the same as you and got a bunch of stuff from Herbi. My plants all seem a good shade of green, altho they usually do at this point of the grow, it is when the flowering stage is underway and bugs are out that things can get challenging.

Yeah I wondered the same, but it looks like they'll spend all summer making buds instead of leaves,
bonus :cheesygrinsmiley:

Flowering stage is when I feed with guano instead of fish.
I'll bring out the Neem oil if I see any bad bugs. I have a lot of good bugs around so I don't want to spray indiscriminately

Your plants look healthy as...
