Speaking of the SSU.I really couldn't find much info on the use of it in veg.
I did however decide to give it a shot.I sprayed 3 of the N.L x BB clone's.
I did however add a bit of Age Old fish and seaweed to it.
It didn't seem to harm them in anyway but did leave a bit of a white build up behind.

and the spot's after drying.

I plan on continuing to spray with the SSU.Next time I will not add the fish and seaweed and see if that is cause of spots.
If spot's due continue,I may have to add a weekly spray of SNS plant wash or discontinue use in veg.I should probably incorporate the plant wash anyway.lol
I believe it would clean them up a bit and help them breath better.I grow in basement.I know it get's dusty.I can tell from my fan's blade's.
Also transplanted the N.L x BB (Monster Clone) in to a #5 S.P. on 2/18.
I wanted to give her a day or so before tying her back open.
I'll do that today.

Here's the GreenSun/Topled tent.
1 N.L x BB
1 Critical Kush.
Both have been trained and topped a few time's here and there.
Both will be transplanted in to #5 S.P and flowered a week after.
I plan on getting that done tonight.

Actually I got them at the dollar store.lol...1$ for 24.
I have been using them for quite awhile with no problem's.I have heard of them cutting in to branches but has not happened to me.

Your correct,I will spray only 3 of the 6 clone's all though out veg and flower.I'll probably spray the N.L x BB and Critical Kush when the start flower.That is after I have seen the effect's SSU on the girl's in flower now.
Im glad you as because I had a feeling I didn't explain well enough.I kind of jumped the gun and didn't label the one's that are getting the SSU treatment,so I'll try and explain a bit better.

I have labeled the 3 clone's that are being sprayed with SSU with White tag's.
Sprayed one time and then sprayed again with SNS plant wash to try and remove some residue left behind from first spray.
Although it has not been a full week.I am spraying them again today so they will be on the same schedule as the girl's in flower I am spraying.

Here are the 3 being treated with SSU.

The 3 that are not being treated.

I understand that 2 of the 3 clone's being sprayed are also getting LSTe'd so there will be some difference in the way the grow.
I will also be training 2 of the clone's not being sprayed.The training has nothing to do with the experiment.It's Simply just to fit my need's.
So that we have something to compare side by side.I am going to leave one sprayed,one none sprayed clone alone.They will only be topped as needed.

As for the cut's in the clone machine.They are taking much longer then I usually get.
I used the same mix I all way's use and same cutting tech.I did however use Root tech(I think that's what it's called)rooting gel instead of Clonex,which I would normally use.That or the fact it's been a lot colder outside then normal and has water temp's a bit lower then they are.I added a small fish tank heater yesterday to bring up temp's.We'll see if it help's.Im leaning toward's the switching of rooting gel's as the problem tho.We will find out next round,I quess.

The half cut that was the first to get bump's and has had bump's for a few day's now.

They other's are just starting if you look close.

Recently chopped basically in half.This girl is probably one of the finer looking girl's I have.Don't get me wrong I am happy with them all,but for some reason she just seem's to glow.

10 #2 smart pot's.. Again I did not look to see how many of what are there but going by memory.
I wanna say there are..
4 Money Maker...on far left.
4 critical Kush ....in middle and far right, back..
2 N.L x BB..on right..

And on under the other light..
4 N.L x BB #3 smartpot's...Really can't stress the size of these 4 girl's.Biggest I've grown in a while.
The 2 on the right..closest to the opening are the 2 that are being treated with the SSU.
Today they received there second dose.

None treated..

Next and last..
The N.L x BB (auto).
Also being treated with SSU.
She is twice the size of the #2 girl's and almost as tall as the the 4 Big girl's.Like I said tho.She very seldom look's happy.She look's the worst at light's off.Idk what her deal is.She eat's,drink's and grow's just not happy half the time.

They look very dominant when lights are off And since uv a hand full of clones and u probley alreay know but.. i was reading abit about clones and female cloning. They say the lower branches are easyer to clone and cutting at a 45o angle to promote root growth (thats what i do with all my non MJ cuttings too) always cut from the plant with the least issues and ur fav looking, as the clone will do the exact same. It will be cool to keep a mother in a seprate room just for clones for a year or more if u want, since they harvest in about 100 days from cut

Ditto my friend......dont you just love them pipe cleaners?....i used the short ones from the smoke shop in the beginning but just found the different colors and 12" ones.....which i like better than the white ones as i can follow the different colors better in the plant to see which needs to be pulled down as opposed to all white ones crossing each other in a gagglelol.....Have a great day my friend

I used to keep a few mother's but they alway's out grew my space.It was nice cause I could pic and choose where to take clones from.
Now I try and leave the very bottom branches on my girl's and cut them and use them for clones before the plant goes in to flower.

Yea man,I do love them.Just so many uses for them.The colored one's are about all I use simply because there cheap and easy for me to find.I still would like to try the coated wire and see if I like that better but not a priority at the moment.

Ok.
Not a big update just a few change's I'd like to everyone up on.
I went a head a threw together a screen for the N.L x BB (Monster Clone)#5 smart pot.
Pic's were taken 2 day's ago.

N.L x BB(Monster clone)...Now in a 2'x2' Porta-Scrog.

The Purple TrainWreck also got a little training.
The 2 very bottom branches were growing above the rest of the branches so I cut the first set of nodes off and tied her straight up and then pulled her straight out.

Now for the potted N.L x BB clones.
Continuing to train and were recently topped.

and the clones in the machine..
Growing much slower then normal and with less root activity.

Now just a quick update on the GreenSun/Topled tent.
I am seeing burnt tip's on these girl's and the Critical Kush is suffering a bit from spider mite's.They have not touched the N.L x BB sitting right next to the infected Critical Kush.
I sprayed down the C.K with azamax and Monterey Garden insect spray with spinosad.
She's looking much better today.
