jbc, u're defol is on the money. remember that those fans are what feeds the plant. on the other hand, i don't understand why u would add anything extra. u're soil has everything the plants need, & then some. unless u're using ro water, they shouldn't need anything. looks really nice though. good luck.

Im not adding anything to my soil , the soil is fine. I was just talking about the initial mix and the calcium carbonate I put in it then.
I only add water and will continue to until flower when I will start on some Guano/ Molasses compost teas.

When I look at the holes in the bottom of the pots the soil has gone all white, a sign of the Mikos working their magic. :)

Maybe you read the revised soil mix. I havent changed it since the beginning I just changed it from a 40L mix to a 70L mix when it was cooking before the girls were in it. None of the organic ingredients ever really got added to the 70, Just a little to buff it. But it's been untouched since then mate.
 
sorry for using your thread jb but seems to be the place everyone is at. just wanted to inform the community that i got dobbed in by my neighbours and had an escort of police rock up with a warrant and took my girls one which was 2 weeks out from harvest and who i had spent 6months caring for. this has prob got to be one of the saddest morning afters ive ever felt. i feel like they have taken a peice of me. i want to cry right now i loved my plants and growing like i care for my pets.. so depressed.... dont care about been caught, but the void left from not having my girls anymore is painful.. safe growing all

Yeah i'm happy with them too at the min. Think I got the soil mix dialed quite well. Lucky first Super soil I guess. Good job I got people like DocBud and Subcool420 to learn from.

Doc defo knows how to work the minerals though. Didn't realise the Calcium Carbonate was better than dolomite but used it as it was pure calcium, like I said, a bit of luck went into this mix, Phew...

Damn I have been looking all over town to source some calcium carbonate and can not find it anywhere. didnt want to buy it online but I guess i will have to. girls looking good buddy. I think I already commented on them too.

Mate post here as much as you want :) Really sorry to hear about that mate. Bad times. Sure it was your neighbors? People need to keep out of other people's business.

How did they know you had it going, apart from the outdoor tent. Is it not allowed in your area?

Try the pet store mate they sell it for reptiles to add to their food :)
 
yeah they told me one of my neighbours called crime stoppers and reported it. they prob looked over the fence. no its not legal in my area.. like seriously why the fuck would the bother the plants been going for 6months its pretty fucking clear im not doing it to make money... im so devastated it was the best plant i have ever done by a country mile... i finally got solid dense nugs i want to cry im seriously so sad..

There is no such thing as a CFL that gives off Calcium. Never has been such a thing, never will be. Someone is mistaken, that's all.
