Thanks mark and bluesky. Firstly that video is not my plant. Someone posted it to show the potential of haze colas. I didnt watch it all and said I want bigger colas than them. After watching it fully I realised the size of them!! I would be lucky if the pineapple had arms like that as they are of similar size. But I dont reckon my CFL have that much power to be honest. I'm hoping on a decent personal harvest on the 2, only time will show.

Once I get my little box going, which I've situated with the 200w version of your light, I'll get some new flowers blooming. Not too sure about using the cool spectrum buut we'll see. How tall is your Pineapple? I'd expect there to be quite a few bud sites going on that fine lady. Although it looks pretty dark towards the bottom

The cheapest I can find the light for online is $60. Plus shipping. Being located in Alaska definitely has it's perks, but shipping costs are not one of them.

Easy Mr.M. I have the same result with my CFL's always a good harvest no problems. I wouldn't go with the MH lamp for flower, MH is a blue spectrum which is best for veg as it keeps the length between nodes shorter and an all round stronger plant. Its best to mix them up a bit 70%blue 30%red for veg and visa versa for flower to duplicate the sun best.

Yeah haha there will be a snow fall shortly. The bottom is dark as you say I have a light down there but its a crappy 11w red spec just to add some light at the bottom. I've pulled most of the crap off the bottom to give more power to the top as the plant is a monster and a bushy monster at 5ft 10!!! I keep having to remove fans off them both to let lower buds receive light, but they both like leaf factory's and keep producing.

All is going well and fed them just water yesterday no nutes. I'll be seeing them tomorrow or Sunday so will get some more pics up.:Namaste:
 
I didn't mean I was getting an MH lamp. Even though I'd like the try it out in the future. I was referring to their color spectrum. They have different kinds of light, but relatively the same color. I have only the cool spectrum 200w FELIZ CFL. I wanted the warm spectrum. Which is the same spectrum as yours.
Sorry I never really stated what I had.

Feliz makes a 300 watt CFL mogul-base bulb (I have one in the red spectrum). I don't mean to butt in, but I didn't realize it until I researched it myself (most websites only have up to the 200 watt ones). I was trying to cover 6 sq.' with one bulb @ 50 watts/sq.' when I came across it online. You may already know, but just in case.....
 
Easy Brudas!! Yeah the TD pulled through fine after that iron deff. I flushed it through with 6.5pH'd water and then fed with 4ml Sensi bloom (that new pH perfect stuff) apparently. And some ionic boost as the guys at advanced nutes decided to miss iron out of sensi bloom. But ionic boost has loads of the crap in it.

I fed them water again yesterday but camera ran out of batteries so i'll get some pics up tomorrow as I will be giving them the bloom and boost again. Going to pick up another 46w blue cfl as well to mix the light up a bit and get some more light penetration.

DAY 33 FLOWER

Today the room smelled a bit humid and I dont have a humidity check yet so I put I dehumidifier in there to make sure there no extra damp in the room. I have also put some more reflective material on the last facing wall so the 3 walls around are now reflective. You can defo see a difference in light reflection.

I have gave them both a feed today 2 litres each with run off disposed of. Here are the foods I am feeding in flower.
1ml per litre of TML

Sorry I haven't took any plant pics, will be doing later in the day as the camera wasn't charged when I went there, charging it now going back later to take some bud porn pics.
They are both doing really well and have removed a lot of leaves covering bud sites and all the rubbish from around the bottom to promote airflow around the plants.
Think its time to get a tent next time as the conditions will be easier to manage.

Ha yeh when you got a grow you want it to finish, when you haven't got one you want another started. Bet you still buzzing off your harvest though.

Yeah thanks godspeed got that iron deff sorted. It took me a couple of weeks though and that stunted grow a lot as you can see in size difference of the 2. But it's caught up in flowering now and smells amazing.

I don't really know why the tops of the Pineapple did another stretch after flattening off. I had a power outage when the light where out for 10hr or something and then the 250red broke a week later so had to change it. Its all caught up now and their are bud sites everywhere so should be a good finish I hope.
 
Hell Yeah! looks good. Be careful with the lights though, hate to see a them turn hermie. :wood:
That stretching does look a little weird around the bud sites.. but what do I know.

Ha cheers Mr.M yeah it is wierd i've never seen it before. But in its favour it has got tennis ball size clumps on the 4 arms about 6inch down.
But yeah all is right with the lights now so should be fine.:Namaste:

EEEzay TaylorMade , I was hoping for the end of January but with the deff and humidity and maybe light messing up, I think I'll defo have to add an extra 2 weeks but we'l see.

One thing I won't be doing next time if I use cfl is not vegging for so long, the light wont penetrate that far. But been doing a lot of reading on here and found that instead of using the big 250 cfl's it better to mix them up with like 8 43w so I can mix up light specs and have more play with the light to move them around.

Thinking of constructing a cfl relector myself , better plans for next like everyone else.:Namaste:

Just been out to get a 23w CFL 6500k to mix in with the two 2700k (red) at the top. Hopefully mixing up the spectrum will help during flower. I heard that's best.

Also had the dehumidifier on most of the day and the dampish smell has gone and has been replaced with pure chronic weed smell!!! The buds have changed a lot today! Can't wait to take some more pics to show you's. Things getting sparkly now.
