Jay233 Perpetual Grow - Photos - Autos in Coco

I have same spot last eight years. I harvest plot and put down four bags of chook maure and few bags of mushroom compost, turn it a little leave it for four months, then another bag of both couple months before I plant, digging and turning the soil as deep as i can. I put them in the ground at about two feet, Nutes, I only use fish concentrate, mashed up carp or seaweed concentrate. Pot ash once flowering. I'll look at them fortnightly until they are set in the ground then three four five weeks. I find it grows better when they are looking after themselves. I give them little under meter circumference , but I grow only ten ounce to pound plants. I'm in a wet area so try to give them space, for breeze, moulds the killer where I live. Better to grow fewer in right spot and get more than a heap squashed in, imho

So pic my areas now for next season, prep them and a few months before I plant turn the soil nice and deep , drop the seeds 2 feet in the ground?

What about seedlings? I was thinking of starting them in my hydro as seedlings and then transplant.

I will be in the Carolina's by spring....what would be a good time to plant/transplant?

Thanks again Grizz and thank you Jay for letting me post here.

No, I grow from seeds. They are in pots in my sun room till two feet tall, then I plant them into the bush. Seeds two feet down, you'll never see them again. I crack my seeds couple weeks into spring, go into bush last month of spring. Can be earlier, if that suns shining.

Jay :passitleft: you got a grow going mate? How's everything? Last I remember you'd moved and was about to build a greenhouse (am I close, long term memory is usually good  no short term though ) get any outdoors going? Hope your well mate..

Hey Grizz, good to see you around. Yes, I got a new one just starting up now. So far I've got 4 Jawa Pie seedlings coming up and going to soak 8 more beans tonight. Mix of photos and autos in coco still. Few changes though.
Yes, your memory is just fine. I did 2 outdoor grows. Your advice helped me. I remember stressing because I wanted to control everything outside and you reminded me to just relax and make it enjoyable.. that's the point lol. Thank you for that.
Had some health issues and than a little "life difficulty's" but I'm back lol. Been trying to catch up with everyone's threads and some new ones. Missed alot.
I went from MH to led in veg. Just built a new sealed 6x 6 flower room, going to go led in that too, got a 600w hps vented in the center and have been thinking about going with linnier cob leds down the sides, 3 panels 1 cob wide, 5 cob's long.

I'll get some pics up soon.
Hope all is well brother.

Yeah we stress for something to relax, can be counter productive at times.. glad your back..hope the health and other stuff is all sorted.... I spilled some drama in my thread, so wait until we past that page before catching up in mine  actually I'm away, so I'll update over the weekend.. I'm just about to go to cmh lec, some new lights, my leds are packing it in or not right for my style.. you know what leds your getting or you building them? You still on the chainsaw? Got myself a farmboss ms391, seems like a good saw, not that I'd know  looking forward to seeing your grow. You grow beauties..

Imagine me getting nosey just in time to see you guys...LOL. Like you Jay, I've been playing catch up on the boards. Unlike you my first attempt outdoors didn't fair to well. Did better last summer and now I've back up in New England. Gonna go out and search out a couple spots for my outdoors. Will have some questions about that when I find some good spots. No real direct sunlight spots. We got 9 acres with a couple meadows but old tall trees all around.

Glad to see you go LED for your indoors. I'm now over 20 plus successful grows. Gonna move things outside since I'm in the hills with no concerns of getting caught. I border 2 legal states now...yea for me...LOL.

I'll post the outdoor questions over on Grizz's boards.

Welcome back boys and good growing...

Renegade :passitleft: I just popped some durple pream and some purple x urkle..got some others to crack, going to be a bid beans grow, going to start a thread for it,only just planted them on the weekend

Ha ha yes that is so true.
I saw that, looking forward to the update brother.
Yes still on the chainsaw, climbin my ass off lol.
I've got a perfect sun in my veg space, only been a couple days so we will see. I love the reduced temps, especially since it will be 80 degrees outside temp here most of this week and getting hotter. I'm going to pick up one of the timber cob kits at the end of the week and then if I like it I'm going to build a couple. Got 4 more weeks to finish the flower room so I've got a little time.
Got a RO set up this past weekend cause my well water was giving me hell and ph 12-13 and ppm 300+.
CO2 will be all set next week too.
Hope you have a good day friend.

Outdoor? Send an invite and I'll join for sure. I'll ask my outdoor questions there.

Long short of it, when I moved up from North Carolina my old girlfriend threw all my seeds away. I'm starting from scratch and haven't ordered yet. Need to know what's best for New England and outdoors. Bitch really pissed me off. I had about 150 beans from about 20-25 strains. All my purple strains. I don't have to tell you the cost to replace that shit...ugh.

But what doesn't kill you...only pisses you off more...LOL.

indoors.. my season outdoors has been the worst in 23 years. We haven't had sun. I live on coast, been blowing an easterly which brings in seamist.. I've never seen anything like it, but old local say it's how summer always used to be. I've been here 13 years and if this is normal I won't be seeing 14 years, lol..
