Thanks BDG! I hope it's progress. Something about going back to top a two-week-old FIM doesn't feel like it .

he loves his cookies .
I've been making butter for my dad's canna-chocolate chip cookies! Every two weeks I make a batch of 42 cookies for him, 2.5 mg THC and 2.5 mg CBD per cookie. He's forgotten how to swallow capsules and pills but he loves his cookies .
My dad doesn't know what's in the cookies but then he doesn't know anything anymore! Except he knows he likes chocolate. For folks with dementia, microdosing is the way to go.Nice. Good for you! I just made a fresh batch of Durban Dream butter today. I usually put about 1.5 - 2 g of butter on at least one food item a day. I’ve thought about sending my folks some cookies. But they live in the south. They don’t take too kindly to us potheads down there.
Peace!
LOL! Nothing like mixing meds willy nilly.Mine come in at 25-30 mg THC (at least from my calculations). My mother in law eats a quarter or less as a dose. I guess the other day my father in law ate a whole one and was stuck to the La-z-boy for a couple hours . I can eat a whole one but he's a lightweight. I think part of it has to do with all the blood thinners he's on.
I want to see that one. Is he a real human being? Living among the stars is pretty cool Shed. Wait you are one aren't you?Just saw a really good movie that most of you won't get to see on the big screen, called Stan & Ollie, with Steve Coogan and John C Reilly. And afterwards there was an audience Q&A with John C Reilly himself!
Rain is coming down, and the soil line temp is 65º and the canopy is 72º. I hope it stops raining early tomorrow so I can feed the Sour G. I found the epsom salt in the back of a shelf in the shed. Most of it is a solid block but there is some shaking around in there. I'm sure I can get a teaspoon or two out of it!

Good one Thanks! It really needed flushing! See below...
The very tops are a little wobbly but as it gets taller it gets firmer. It also seems top heavy with the failed FIM.
John C Reilly seemed very genuine. Had I known you were a fan I would have gotten his phone number for you .
Cool nights I got. We'll see if I get a pretty one in fade.
Thanks double H! I had an interesting morning with the TDS and pH meter .
Thanks Them! Heading over there after this post...
Thanks Wally! Lockout would be good advice...

Sunday afternoon update 1 of 2. This one will be text only because y'all don't to see photos of the pH and TDS meter, and Norcaliwood will just never know what happened .
I'll do this as simply as I can, but there's a lot of info! I decided to mix up two gallons of nutes and see how the runoff was before I decided to flush. So into a gallon went:
1/2 tsp Pro-tekt
6ml cal-mag+
1.5 tsp Grow Big
which brought my TDS to 925 (nutes only).
Then I added 1 tsp epsom salt (I poured some nute water into a cup and heated it in the microwave so the epsom salt would dissolve), which brought my TDS to 1450 total (including tap), pH'd to 6.5.
I ran these two gallons through the Sour G.
What came out was rather shocking! 2700 TDS at 5.8 pH.
I don't know why @flashmp3 's pH advice wasn't ringing in my head the whole time! I was, as Wally just said, locked out of magnesium and calcium and loaded with stored nutes (because the plant wasn't able to take them up).
NOW it was time to flush! I ran the hose water through it until I got down to 450 (215 above tap) and 6.7 pH. After that drained I mixed up a gallon of nutes. As I have always said, never starve your plant, so after a correcting flush make sure you feed your babies.
Into this gallon went:
1/2 tsp Pro-tekt
6ml cal-mag+
1 tsp Grow Big
which brought my TDS to 650 (nutes only).
Then I added 1 tsp epsom salt which brought my TDS to 1450 total (including tap), pH'd to 6.5.
What came out was 602 TDS at 6.7 pH, which leaves me headroom for the next watering (whenever that is...this pot is heavy! ).
So...what did we learn on the show tonight, Craig? We learned that whenever your soil plant is acting completely unexpected, check the pH of the runoff, just as flashmp3 told me last year! Duh.
Thanks to all of you who came to my aid . Let's see how it looks in a couple of days. It still needs nutes, but it should begin eating again.
Update 2 with pics later on today. Stay Sunday all!
Hey, RETRIX showed up eventually so I'm sure your folks will too. This reminds me that I need to check on my parents to see what the experience was with the three eighths I gave them.
This might take a day or two to find them.
Aww, thanks MoN!You are a star in my eyes too Shed!
Good one Thanks!
Okay thenCarry on...
