Thank you GDB. The fires are far enough north of my house that I feel safe there, though my office is much closer to the evacuation zone. So far we're okay but I do know a couple of people are pretty sure their houses burned down last night. It's still hard to get confirmation of what's there and what isn't.Shed,
I sure am hoping you're not in the path of the inferno.
I'm not quite certain where you are located but I'm nearly certain your location is too close for comfort.
Be safe brother. Take no chances!
Also, with 80 mph winds, you never know what is going to turn up where. This was on my patio this morning and we're about 10 miles south of the main fires burning in the Pacific Palisades:
