Thanks Roost! That's about the price of just the pump I was looking at! Only thing I would need is a riser to raise up the misters. I'm going to homedepot.com to find that and add it to my bookmarks.

Yup that's what I was thinking. Add pvc slightly taller so you can fit more in the res too and be able to control water temp like that as well.

But for $40 you could also get the whole kit and caboodles in a deep water culture style. Both are extremely effective.

There's something I like about the low water (low flood risk!) spray thing over the deep water (oh nooooooooo!) bubbly thing. Not that I really have a fear of the thing tipping over but still...

You must just be unlucky with clones! I looked at mine for the first time in two weeks (cuz I don't care whether they live or die) and I was like, "F me. Should I flip these bitches?" I think I will because I don't need a repeat of the plants that took over my life and it'd be a fun experiment to flip 6" plants. I need to seperate them like yesterday because the roots are growing like mad and they're starting to get entangled. I'm only running a weak mixture of Flying Skull Micro and a bit of Z7. I might have put a tiny bit of Great White in there... hell, I don't remember.
edit: Oh wait! I remember thinking it smelled like bat shit and dirty socks so I might have used some Fox Farms organics. I really need to get organized. And do my taxes. Fuck. Now I'm stressed out.

. Hell sometimes I can't remember by the time I get back in the house.

Just for kicks. I log everything. I have a calendar on the wall. Every time I water I take a pencil and put it in the day. Every time I feed I put it on the day. Cut clones/ flip lights. Make changes.
Then you can reflect on things that were a success and repeat them and see what might have been the failure factor or what's causing your plants to react in a negative way. Then you can easily make the switch back and save them. You may not remember every detail. But if you have a big calendar on the wall then you can easily take 20 seconds and write "moved the lights 6" closer/ angled fan at the nuke/ fed extra bloom"
And then if something happens you know one of those three factors might have messed you up. Flush some water raise the lights and point the fan back and next thing you know they recover. It's like backing up your computer but your backing up your grow right there on paper. Easy to look back 7-20 days on a calendar. Sometimes posts get buried on here.
I make custom calendars at work with my logo on them. If you have a custom logo you want to use send it to me I'll print you out a 2018 and 2019 model with your logo at the top and send you them shed. High quality prints. Just can't do marijuana buds or leaf's or anything as everything on the print is in the hard drive. Carton guys smoking is fine or whatever. Just no direct drug reference if you know what I mean.

I think as soon as there is hardening off on the cut tips of leaves it's trying to root. So it wants veg nutes. Before That a small amount of veg nutes and your great white will help encourage root developmentFriday and I just thought I'd let you know that I added 10 drops of H2O2 to the glass last night and the clones in there did not die. Good. The peat pucks are successfully killing another set of clones save one.
Gold leaf not dead. It must be producing roots because absolutely nothing is happening above ground.
When I water it next, what should I be adding? Great White and veg nutes? Did I read somewhere that bloom nutes were good for rooting clones?

.]I'd probably do a better job of keeping track if I grew indoors (note: shifted the tilt of the earth 6º today to speed up bud development), or if I had any available wall space to hang a chart or calendar. Or if I didn't water in the mornings when I'm tired and already late for work. I did have a spreadsheet of my first grow with nutes and notes but the time available to keep it up just wasn't there. Now I just put it down here and I can search for it when I need to. Since I'd be putting it in the 420 journal anyway, keeping a log of it somewhere else would be doubling the work.

Yep. Read angels and demons in one of my short stents behind bars. Got out and did an anagram. Probably could make it a lot cooler now.... maybe I'll work on it tomorrow some.
