I truly wish outdoor growing was an option for me, but if the state I live in ever legalizes, it'll be one of the last strongholds to relent.Har! A main advantage I have is that I don't need a flat canopy since they're grown in the sun. Also, I carry them outside every morning and inside every night, which leaves the training options pretty limited. I usually top above the 8th node, take off the first, and hold the tops flat until the lowers grow up enough that I figure I can just make it through the door twice a day in flower.
That said, I do enjoy the diversity of your gardening endeavors...
