I need a good super soil recipe

Been busy dealing with the truck repair shop and then figuring out how to do my job without a truck to haul tools and equipment. Did not forget about your project.

In this link the first msg has a slightly different recipe for a Coot's style soil mix. It is the amounts are vary but it is the same basic recipe.

https://www.420magazine.com/community/threads/no-till-soil-mix.356783/

You might be ready to start mixing the first 6 or 7 basic ingredients. Then the mix could start to cook a bit while you get any other ingredients you might want or need. Just a thought.

Enjoy the day.

Thank You So Much ! This will be very helpful. I didn't think about going ahead and mix some of what I already have, Great Idea Thank you:thumb:

Another version of the recipe is in the link I had in the msg from last week or last weekend. It is on the first page of this thread.

Have a fun day.

We have had some bad luck this month, The brakes are going out on both our cars so they need fixed. I have changed pads plenty of times but right now I am down with my health and I don't have the energy to do it and they will need more then just pads so I have to take them to get fixed. I may change the pads on my car but my wives car will have to be taking in to get fixed so I don't have the money to get the rest of the stuff for my soil so I will have to try to get it next month.:(:(:(

I got the car fixed cheaper then I thought so I ordered some of the stuff.....I ordered the Coots mix it was $45.00 for enough to make up 17 cubic feet of soil but it cost $28.00 for shipping Ouch :( I ordered it anyway along with some other stuff on Amazon , Peat moos, more worm castings some more FF Ocean Forest , some Gypsum , Grow stones , Dolomite Lime , Alfalfa meal , Blood meal , along with the other stuff I already have , Azomite , Bat Guano , Maykos , Diatomaceous Earth Powder , Compost my buddy makes from grass clippings , fruits and vegetables, egg shells, saw dust, leaves etc. I also have some Perlite and Coco along with a little potting soil so I think I should be good to mix my living soil as soon as the rest comes in. Any suggestions from members would be appreciated. What else should I add if anything...:passitleft: I do plan to add some clover for a cover. I have heard Bio Char is good and one member suggested using Gro Kashia. I hope to make up a good compost tea to feed, Any suggestions on that ? :rollit:

I think I can use some of what I bought to make up a compost tea...… So now I need a good recipe for a good compost tea.....I have another question, Can I clone from a clone ?

I have compost, magic dirt potting soil, Mykos, Azomite , Earthworm Castings, Bat Guano, DiatomaceousEarth, Fox Farm Ocean Forest Organic Potting Soil, Coco Fiber, Organic Perlite. What else should I add ? I have a lot of money in what I have now but I am sure I need other things like maybe Dolomite Lime, Blood mill etc. but I am not sure what else I will need to add. Any help would be appreciated Thank You

If you buy from buildasoil you might as well buy the Oly Mountain Modern Mix 2 living organic soil.
It has everything in it in the correct quantities.
Just add a cover crop, worms, mycorrhazae inoculate and some Gro-kashi on top.
I checked again, the only place I see it is on build a soil and it is still $430.00 it is the 1 yard pack they have that and the 44 yard pack which I didn't even check the price on it.

I think I see what's happening.

I just now went go the buildasoil site through Google and boom went right to what you're saying.
Then I clicked on the buildasoil logo on the page and went to home page and looked under soils, then LOS Oly Mountain Modern mix 2 and then it comes up no problem, it's all there in stock.

Go to Gro-kashi.com and it will explain it.

Its basically probiotics, fungus, it's a driver for the soil food web that helps digest amendments and helps the plants to extract nutrients from the soil.
Do you just put it on the top or mix it in ? ?
