Yessir. There's a place 50 mins from Boston. Clones, and seeds. But you must be over 21 and a RI or MA resident.

You just have to be over 21 with I.D. in Mass, recreational use. They sell you their proprietary soil, the clone comes with it.....they are very clear on their website.

They are also very clear you need to have a medical Id card. They ask that you provide it on the home page. It is still illegal for recreational use in RI and still Illegal for businesses in Massachusetts to distribute until 2018. But for someone w a "MEDICAL ID" card it sounds great.

Interesting, because I just spoke with one of them, all I had to do was send a photo of my MA ID, that's it. They are clear they do not sell clones, they sell their soil, with a clone in it....
I was told I could buy up to 6 plants at a time as a MA resident. RI residents however need a Medical MJ card.

Nice loophole!!! I still wouldn't risk driving in Rhode Island with it in my vehicle considering it still illegal for me to possess in Rhode Island.

Update and an unexpected upgrade!
It's day 47 flower.
Upgraded the HID from 400 to 600 watts. That was the unexpected part. Retrieved a 250 HID I had loaned out and was going to veg with it but discovered that the ballast was junk. That led me to purchase the Vivosun 600 ballast for $85 with a 3 yr warranty! And of course a new 600 HPS. Much brighter than the 400 was! Now we'll veg with the 400 and a MH bulb.
I think we are going to go for at least a few more weeks but I haven't even had time to properly inspect the trichs yet.

I think that's fair...considering there are people selling clones on Craigslist around the same price. Who knows what you'll get going that route.
I'll take cuttings from said clone and own the strain.
My opinion, of course.

New vented hood for the 600HID today .
It's a Sun System Yield Master Performance Series 6" air cooled reflector. Great bargain for $96!
Also added a "pond fogger" and moisture controller to help get the humidity out of the 30's but forgot to take pics of that - next time!
Topped some red Kush and made some clones with clonex gel.

HELP I need some advice this week if anyone has a few minutes to take a look.
I stopped over to visit the grow room yesterday and things are going ok but I think there's lots of room for improvement.
The plants just don't look robust.
Okay, this batch of pics shows some (6 week old) seed grown red kush. They were topped and cloned 9 days ago. They are in mostly Canna Coco but we added 20% sand to help increase the drainage because we suspected it was going to hold TONS of water and we were correct! I cannot believe how waterlogged this coco gets! It's been years but when I tried coco the first time (not sure which brand) it seemed MUCH coarser and did not want to hold water like this stuff.
Is it possible they are under-fed? These were just watered a few hours before the pics were taken. They are up to 1000ppm of General Hydroponics nutes... 1 feed per week and 1 or 2 plain waters in between. We are now thinking that we need to feed nutes 100% of the time and that the plants may be starving for nutes at the moment. These will have to be transplanted into their final pots soon and depending upon what makes the most sense, we could transplant them into anything we want.
I feel like we should be having more explosive growth at this point. What do y'all think?
The nutrients we're using is the GH flora series trio plus all this stuff:
Liquid Koolbloom
Floralicious Plus
Rapid Start
Armor Si
Hydroguard
CaliMagic
Epsom Salt
Rhizotonic
PH is set to 6.0 using 2 quality pens to double check
They are under a 400W MH set to 400W and about 24" from cool tube to foliage and running 18/6

They look over watered, doesnt appear to be a nutrient problem.
