Hydro Grow: California Orange Bud

So, I put the fan in, and I'm fairly happy with the air movement. I'm really really hoping I can beat this. The bud pics are green... A little too green. I threw out the moldy stuff. I noticed a really distinct nasty smell coming from the mold. I've seen people here on 420 ask about smoking moldy weed. I knew it wasn't a good idea, but now I know for sure that smoking this stuff could make you incredibly sick. I've got to make a trip to the hydro shop tomorrow and pick up some more TB.

^ That's really up to you. Do some research and find what you like.

Don't overlook doing a really good cleaning job with bleach on the inside of your grow box, and all of your implements and utensils. I know mold is a problem in places like Hawaii and Florida where it can be warm and wet. With RH of 27% it just sounds to me like there are spores left over in the area causing your problems.

Thanks FreakNature! It's a frustrating issue, and you're probably right. I'm really excited to get in there and give everything a thorough cleaning.

Finally! Got the AC unit back today running great, so hopfully it will help with temps! I just don't think it was a good idea to put both boxes in the same room. We will be moving in the next few months, so at least I will have a better perspective on what to look for in the new house.

Today will be the real test for this AC Unit. It's not much to look at, but hopefully it'll do the job. Oh! So I was at the hydro store a couple days ago, and I found the Fox Farms Organic Big Bloom. It can be used for hydro or soil grows, but for hydro you may have added problems with clogging of the the drippers. That's the only organic formula they have.

Lol! Ok, I just got off the phone with Fox Farm to talk to them about their nutes. She told me that they do not make a fully organic GB. She said it is mostly organic about 75%, but it does still have nutes and trace minerals. That may be the cause for all the confusion. ;-)

I am really not impressed with the COB's genetics. I will never get cheap seeds again. I've learned my lesson for sure. ;-) Everything's going well with MD 2. She's growing up so fast!

Looks like they may be in early stages of potasium or sulfer defeciency. They both cause yellowing/deadening of outer parts of leaves.

i was watchig the pictures from the start and i have started to grow some my self here in my bedroom just next to my bed, already 7 days past

im growing stealth so no body knows, im thinking to grow 10-14 plants if all females lol.

Ms Fox, you are doing a wonderful job. All these issues you are having are making you a better grower. You will know how to correct them in the future and your grows will just get better and better. You two just hang in there, it will all come together. As for seeds, you get what you pay for, most of the time. Good luck with the move, and you two get the garden up and running and lets see the rematch... FL had to talk you into double or nothing...

these plants are realy alive and moves as soon as i look the other way then look back at them they like grow few inches taller im getting scared!!
if they keep growing bigger n bigger they might smoke me one night!! just like in this video
