And my 6 inch square stepping stones.

I've added the sand as a top layer to all my coco in my rose buckets. :)

HBD-UPDATE-9-1-14-3.png

I've decided my HBD test plant will also become mother to a new feminized cross strain.

I'll be using feminized powdery pollen I made using Colloidal Silver before starting this journal.

This will allow me a chance to discuss my method of pollen storage,

and demonstrate the viability of frozen pollen using my own harvesting, and storage methods.

And it will quickly add another feminized seed using Colloidal Silver to my growing feminized seed bank.

Allowing DEEP BLUE DIESEL to be my final Colloidal Silver feminizing demonstration,

and start my next big top secret journal much sooner. :)

So my new cross will be HBD using feminized pollen from Pink Salad.

Hey cool! Post some pics when you get things going!

Yeah I've still gotta think up a name for my new strain. :goof:

Things are progressing very well in my CS world and a thousand thanks to Toker69. All 4 of the strains that got the CS treatment are now hanging something other then female buds.

Sprayed the CS on the whole plant 2 days in a row. There was a lot of leaf damage from this. (Toker recommends only one time). Then continues spritzing the nodes for about 3 weeks until the change. I also rubbed the CS on the stems between the nodes.

In the center is the CS Holy Grail. Joining in the party are 2 Golden goat, 1 Holy Grail, 1 Tits mother and a 13P (a cousin of Tits) and one yet to be determined.

The plan here is to create a few Holy Grail crosses. I have 3 more crosses going also. Working on a pollen secure location for all.

Question: What creates the difference in making pollen sacks or nanners? What should one expect?

Re: How to Make Feminized Seeds with Colloidal Silver - Sponsored by Intelligent-Gro

Awesome bro! Looks like you're doing great.

Nanners are more like bananas, and sacs are more like flowers.

Nanners are not at all dusty messy, but sacs release pollen easily so you see yellow dust everywhere.

Collecting, and cold storing pollen dust from sacs is easy.

It separates from the parents green plant matter easily.

Harvesting nanner pollen for storage is somewhat different.

It's chunky, and not dusty.

I believe the nanner is designed to pollinate what's directly below it.

Everyone seems to agree nanners are a triggered survival mechanism of cannabis.

I think there are probably many good natural biological reasons not to have female pollen airborne.

So nanner pollen evolved to be chunky, and drop straight down into the bud.

So I'm saying chunkyness is a built in part of the plants last ditch self pollination survival mechanism.

The way to use nanners is pluck them as they become ripe, and place them on buds.

These are just my own crazy ideas I've read nowhere else, and came up with myself.

looking great toker69. I may switch from organic to synthetic gardening because of the increase of disease via organic gardening methods.

great work going here TOKE!! +REP

your thoughts on the pollen seem viable to me...makes sense at least:):high-five:

You should have enough seeds to grow a field of glory by now Toker. LOL

Yeah I've been pretty lucky I guess. I had a small gnats problem, but the play sand has worked wonders.

Thanks buddy. Just tossing in my two cents. One day soon we may know whats really happening.

Intelligent Gro LED has lived up to it's promise to replace my old gen one model!

I asked to have my gen two replacements as single units, and they were happy to do so!! WOW

I'm so happy!! :goof: Time for the happy dance!! I've set them up already, and it is so bright in there.

More photos to follow soon. What a great company replacing lights before they even fail. :)

Here's the biggest of the three DBD's. I'll bet it's a male. The males always seem to grow the fastest at this stage.

But I'm still waiting for signs of sex. I hope I'm wrong cuz it's a beauty.

I bought a box of 12 binder clips today for 1.50 at wallyworld.

I use these to tie down my supercropped plants.

I already had four clips, but wanted more, cuz I'm buying more pots soon. :)

Yesterday I was worried about my fast growing DBD auto being male,

But today I'm happy to be proven wrong when I spotted the tiny pistils. :thumb:

My Colloidal Silver gameplan is still up in the air as I wait for the other two plants to show sex.

Maybe I'll have another chance to demonstrate a multi plant pollination. :) AWESOME!!

Always great fun on your journal toker69

The local grow shop has a concoction in a small spray bottle that's listed as essential minerals to make fem seeds.

If I ever get a nice female photo plant I can't wait to make my own feminized seeds thanks for your contributions to the community.
