How to grow in Coco: Feed schedule

I'm thinking about trying out this stuff for a cheaper alternative, what do you think cult, worth it? Great white here is damn expensive.

I'm desperate to transplant but am STILL waiting for my Great White to arrive. The first one got lost in the post. And I ordered some nice 5 gallon fabric bags to plant in - then realised after that they're actually for ice-extraction of hash!! How dumb was that?! I might try them out as pots anyway now I've bought them.

i wouldnt use those to grow. but if you want to try see what happens go for it.

no im not afraid of salt build up. i feed to A small amount of run off when multifeed daily but not with single manual feeds.

as long as you dont feed heavy its not important. when manual feeding i recommend feeding enough so the pots are light to lift, but not dry 24 hours later. i base my grow on 13 weeks max from start to finish and factor 2 weeks flush on thay. so in essence its 11 weeks of growing with nutes. there should be no significant salt build up in that time period when using a quality base nute and good water supply.

The balance is to get the plants to use what you are giving them and keep the media at a constant equilibrium. There are schools of thought on this but i believe practical application over theory. Most good hydroponic nutes are chelated for maximum absorbstion and not as caustic as nutes from days gone by. its hard to give enough manual feeds to have salt build up unless you are excessively drying out the plants. multifeeding is a little different.

U flush for 2 weeks at the end ? Why so long ? Do u have an def issues in that time if so what r u doing to address the issues ?

I just planted a newly germinated seed in a coco perlite mix, somehow I forgot about the rockwool cube or seed pod :tokin:. its my first time in coco and I'm watering daily with very light nutes. Do you think she will be ok? She looks fine for now at an inch tall :slide:

I don't use rockwool cubes anymore, straight in to coco, I find it much easy to water without the soggy cube. So you will be good. Small deviation.

The ice-hash bags no good for growing in? I'll just give them to someone who uses them then. Thanks for that.
I just got my Great White, Ionics and Sensizyme. That Great White is expensive -
I didn't expect the bottle to be so tiny!! I'm happy to have it, regardless.
