Homer's Legal 4-Plant Max Perpetual Minimalist Garden In Ontario

I read that as well. They made it back when they were selling MC 1.0 which had a lot less K in it
1.0 had a K value of 17, and 2.0 has a value of 18. Even 1.0 used with Sweet Candy with a K value of 16 caused lockout, so I don't recommend either booster with the base MC. With BE being at a K value of 39 it's no wonder the ratios are all whacked out like you said.

That’s what happened to me in my 3x3! I gave them one feeding of MegaCrop with the SweetCandy and it messed them all up! I’m just fixing them now after a flush and refeed!! I am no longer using any additives with MegaCrop except my Mykos at transplanting!!

I'm technically supposed to be at 6 :). My dad's expired MMJ card should grant me an exception if I get raided . Except for the expired part. Not sure how they expect me to bring my demented 94 year-old dad in for renewal though!

Yes, from what I see on crime shows the DEA seems very reasonable....

Very interesting guys. Thanks for the heads up; I think I will just stick with plain MC then!!! :thumb: :high-five:

After harvesting my Cannatonic plant with all the useless fluffy buds from the lower branches I decided to give my Dinamed plant a real good lower trimming after flipping it a few days ago as per @InTheShed 's recommendation. I removed any branch that had not made it to the canopy but not sure if I should go further; time will tell. I just sorted through all my early bud and threw probably between 1/3 and ½ away because they just aren’t up to par. I look at that as a positive thing because it means I am improving. Anyway here is the Dinamed before and after trimming.

Here is my Critical plant four weeks and 3 days into budding looking pretty good so far.

Nice trim Homer! #nolarf

I think the best time to thin would be a week before flip, and then when stretch is finished. I have heard that trimming during stretch can slow stretch down. Some growers do it for that reason when their plant is stretching more than they have room for.

 What about using it in oil? Even the larf is loaded with trichomes!

Glad you approve of my trimming and appreciate the info Shed, thanks. I almost ran out of headroom on my Critical plant so I will bear that in mind. I know I could have used it in oil but I am growing about five to ten times as much as I need so I can afford to be discriminating, lol.

Hey Homer... Just read about your upcoming surgery over on Penny's thread. Just wanted to wish you the best for the procedure, and a speedy recovery too. Keep us posted!

Thank you Bard; that is so kind of you. We have such a nice community out here I feel lucky to be part of it.

Here is my monster Critical plant from Royal Queen Seeds that is actually 48 inches tall from the top of the soil in the pot to the top of the plant on day 28 of budding. Some of the branches were starting to droop from the weight of the buds already so I loosely tied a string around all the branches about halfway up and that seems to be keeping it for the time being upright but I might have to put some stakes in once she really starts budding.

Here is my Dinamed on the left from Dinafem next to my Critical plant. Surprisingly my Dinamed has stretched about 6 inches in the six days it has been in budding mode despite being a real midget in veg.

Here is my Critical starting to bud up nicely on day 52 of budding. So far looks promising.

My Critical is showing some definite signs of burn from my LEDs so I am slowly moving them farther and farther away. Right now I have my 600 W at about 24 inches and hopefully, that is into the safety zone.

Here is my next generation, an OG Kush from Dinamed on its 10th day of life. I noticed that some members don’t introduce nutes for a few weeks but I started this one on its first watering getting 2 mg per gallon as I have the last few generations. It seems pretty happy and healthy. In another week or so I should be starting another seedling but it’s a bit of a mystery as to exactly when I will start since I don’t know how long my Dinamed will take to finish off because all these CBD strains I have tried seem to go long.

Anyway, all else is going well in the garden and I hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday afternoon.

Things look great in your garden Homer!

If that's 28 days, get the stakes ready. :thumb:

It was saving it for flowering :).

Thanks, Shed. So far so good lately. I do have stakes at the ready.

I am curious how the Dinamed will bud out because its trunk is as thick as the monster Critical plant's so she could be a budder and not a grower, lol.

That’s a friggen monster, yea may want to get some stakes in.

She is a monster for sure; I think she is at least 50% bigger than any other plants I have had so I am curious to see if she is a great budder too. You certainly called it when you said Critical grows like it is on steroids.

Fantastic! That is some serious stretch! Nice job. Hope you are having a great weekend.

Thanks, Bard. Enjoying my weekend for sure, thanks.

Sapphire Scout is the same. Really slow in veg, but stay out of her way when you flip.

Interesting how different strains are so unique. Curious how she is going to bud out.
