Homer's Legal 4-Plant Max Perpetual Minimalist Garden In Ontario

Interesting, where do they offer that course?
Not sure if it’s cool to post links but Oaksterdam University offers an Online cannabis horticultural course. It’s not cheap lol but I see an opportunity I should get after. I am a legal med grower in a state where recreational is legal and the state cannot keep up with the demand so legal grow ops in this state are expanding as fast as they can which means job growth in the industry. And maybe a chance to get out of the ‘burbs and into a rural setting. :passitleft:

Hey @Homer Simpson, that gg4 looks amazing! So does the leaf on the Bruce banner. Some of the leaves on my Indica f1’s look just the same and she’s a beast too.

wondering if I could get some group advice quickly about whether you think my Sativa bagseed has started to flower outdoors?
the pics are of some of the main tops.

I assume it has just by the multiple pistils at the main tops. Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

I would say just starting.
That’s good news to my ears. Not knowing the strain, I am just nervous for that first frost date that comes so early here :bongrip:

I googled them out of curiosity and they are the only cannabis School in America so of course, they have been busted. :thedoubletake:

I blew up your last photo and I agree with oldsmokey because I think I see a few pistils so I think she is female and she is flowering. I'm not 100% sure but pretty close because new leaves can look frustratingly like pistils.

Welcome aboard Macdaddy420!
I’m confident she’s a female, pistils everywhere. I was just curious to whether it seemed to be starting to flower even though it’s only getting 10-11 hours of dark max right now.
But she seems to be pushing out a lot of pistils

I remember reading that plants usually start flowering in August outside so I think you are right on track or a bit ahead so you should be fine. Lots of good budding weather left.

After getting a three-week drought when I was busy I finally had time to pressure wash my deck in preparation for staining and it has rained every day since with lots of rain in the forecast so I might as well do a little report today.

My Gorilla Glue is starting its eighth week of flowering today. The breeder says this strain should take 7 to 9 weeks so I figure it will probably take 10 weeks at least but I checked the trichomes today because I have the time with the weather keeping me from my staining. I see lots of clear and no amber so I think she has at least a few weeks to go. Being a Sativa mostly I don't want her to get too amber.

She is looking pretty happy still thankfully.

I have lots of bud sites but not huge buds so I am not certain how she will yield. My biggest harvest was this Northern Light in a 5-gallon pot at 10 oz so I was assuming the GG in a 10 gallon would have the advantage but I may be wrong. The NL has many fewer bud sites but had some pretty massive ones!

A buddy I used to work with dropped by with a sample nugget from his grow and it is pretty impressive especially next to my NL.

He's doing something right. He swears by HEC lights. Hope everyone is well. :thumb:

I’d take her 10 weeks if she’ll go that long.
That is about what I figured too. Do you let your Sativa's get very amber? Or as amber as your Indica's?

Some sativas never show amber, cloudy is as far as they go.
Interesting. I will keep my eye on it then and not let it go over 10 weeks no matter how it looks.

If we’re talking about GG4 it should show amber when ripe.
Yes, I was talking about my GG but good to know about Sativas because I should be growing some pure Sativa in the near future. From what I read GG is 60 to 70% Sativa.
