Homer's Legal 4-Plant Max Perpetual Minimalist Garden In Ontario

Hey Homer! Hope your doing well! I’m just making my rounds and catching up looks like things are doing well over here! I hope you and the fam are well!

Hey Dutch! :ciao: Thanks for stopping by. Glad you had such a great time, welcome back. All the best to you and the Mrs.

That's why I went with the Candida. They say it's between 11 and 20% CBD and always less than 1% THC.

Yes, I just checked a website that sells them and that is exactly what it says. Damn, this is the second high CBD strain I have grown that didn't turn out being the right one. I didn't read the breeders description instead I just went by articles about which is the best CBD strain and this one kept coming up but never mentioned the array of Phenotypes.

I smoked some of the Cannatonic yesterday and it felt like it had some THC in it but not alot so i figure it is the 50/50 which makes up about half of the seeds they say. But who really knows which is why I may try some Candida. I also smoked some of the NL I have been curing for a few months to compare and curing really made it much smoother.

On a happier note here is my harvest. Weighed in at 14.75 ounces but it is still around 75% humidity in the containers if closed. I am using Tupperware instead of jars. Individual jars are more work to control and harder to air out.

I hear ya on burping jars! When I open mine I hold them in front of a fan to make sure the air circulates through the buds. I'd try tupperware but I hate finding the bottoms and matching lids. I might try using Derby's turkey bag method soon. Similar to the tupperware...easier to burp than jars!

My problem with jars is I only have one hygrometer so the Tupperware solves that problem too. Boy, you must have a lot more Tupperware to sort through than me. ;)

Didn't you mention something about not being married? Or am I misremembering?

Yes, that would explain the Tupperware gap, lol.

I just purchased 18 turkey bags yesterday in the hopes that in three or four months they will be full.

Hey man so now that this grow is done are you going to continue to not check ph value ?? I know I just have to check mine because I do living Organics and microbial life thrive in between ph@6.5-6.8 But I’ve never had the balls to not manage the ph ,was this a game changer for you and everyone else who read up??
Depends on your medium. In coco you have to pH your nutes. In an organic grow or a well-buffered soil or ProMix, you don't.

As far as I recall, the turkey bags were just to replace the jars for the burping process. So you really only use them for about 2 weeks. The curing is still done in jars.

That could be, but I just keep mine in the bag once I'm finished burping. Then it sits in a 5gal air and light tite bucket. Holds RH great and cures perfectly imho.

Yes I understand. The last couple of grows I had I burped about 12 jars each time and it gets to be a real pain in the ass.

I would say yes DeanWest.. my days of checking pH are over. My plants were healthier when I stopped adjusting but then again I totally screwed up because of a faulty pH meter. Always blame the equipment, lol. But seriously not checking the pH worked out great for me and now it is a hassle eliminated.

I have been looking for Canadida seeds online and just about everybody seems to be out of stock or charging a fortune but my local seed bank has a strain from Dinafem Seeds that seems to have the exact same specs as Canadida. Has anybody grown or have any experience with Dinamed CBD strain? There is the page where they advertise the stain.

G2 is growing one out right now, good looking plant. Hard to go wrong with Dinafem gear.

I will try and find G2's journal but in the meantime, I found someone else growing one and it is pretty good looking.
DooM's Medical Grow - Dinamed CBD

My White Widow and Kush seeds are Dinafem so I must have read some good about them if I already have their seeds so good to read you like them too. Thanks, Penny.
