Light/Color Temp can make a big diff with stretch. There is probably something to that claim.

Great looking plants HomeMedGrower! They are very healthy, lush and green. Keep up the good work!
Good explanation of the Smart Pots, they do exactly what you stated. As for the rootball, it pretty much ends up being the entire pot. A weave of roots, most very thin, and its very difficult to remove from the pot.
Any theory on this? I have read switching back to the MH for the last two weeks of flower gives frostier flowers.
I have not. But I know it is used heavily down in the SJV. Lots of orchards down there.
Have you tried it?

I have been reading a lot about using MH to help with limiting stretch. I have very litte space if you take into account my tent is 63" my filter is about 12" around then add the hieght of the pot and about 10 to 12" between the light and plants. I do not have a lot of room.
I am trying to learn every way possible that I can make the most of the space I have available.
I must say I am not the type of person how will do something just cause.

Wow HMG nice grow, quite the come back from Hempy to Soil!!!
Hey HMG! Sorry for the vague post, I really was just too medicated to type much more.....
I have definitely read that it is beneficial to mix spectrums. I am ramping up the 64 and 65K spectrums in my flower room right now, as I near the end of this grow. I know I haven't posted about it, just been super busy.....
I wouldnt suggest doing anything "just because" either lol....
Also, you may want to consider supercropping to manage height, as it seems a bit late to start LSTing. Are you familiar with the tecnique?
I have not used it yet but have some on the way. I thought here in my area of vineyards, hop fields, orchards as well as feed lots that it would be easy to find. Boy was I wrong.
From my understanding it has like 67 trace elements in it. It is organic so it will be hard to burn the plants I just really think that it could be very useful for gardening in general.
I need to do some researching about supercropping. I do have these two tied down some. I did it after I topped them. I will try and get some better pics up tomorrow when I water.
Eh, not much to research, just roll the stem between your finger with a little preasure, then slowly bend that sucker till it stays at a 90 degree angle. Just be careful not to actually split the stem as you bend. You do want to create a crease, and it WILL seem terrible at first. But you'll see in afew days that she actually likes it! The crease will sort of knot up, and strengthen, its quite cool....
I like the X factor and then lst. seems like a good way to fill the container. Thinks I'll try that next time around.
