Herbie's Beans - Black Widow And Super Skunk

@Azimuth if you listen to the whole video thing about where feeder roots come from ,you'll get the reason why i use the hormones unless you've already seen this but its a new discovery since what did they say, 2018 the bacteria are responsible for feed roots not the plant i tend to believe it

And the capillary effect the clone has when its cut is still essentially drawing in water like a straw from the mian stem as nutrients flow through the plant and when you cut it it gets an air pocket in there and the clone stem loses hydration because of the air pocket by cutting it in water its supposed to keep that from happening and id rather take my time to get a HEALTHY clone than to fight with a struggling clone (plant) later or even have to toss it so and this way its 1/1 not a 3/5 ratio or 6/10 so This is one of the most important times of the young plants life as you know so im looking for repeatability the same outcome every time weather good or bad its a starting point then i proceed from there one way or the other to get consistency. Im Not arguing or criticizing im just giving you a reason why and I have good success the way i do it so i stick with it

I started these 11/21/23 its 12/24/2023 just like My seed's, took my time showed ALOT of TLC put in 2 get 2 out then /now its worth it to me for a healthy plant she will thank me for it later😉

I try to set up the bed with reserve nuits in balance so its seed to harvest,no other inputs except for the microbes ✌️ hang around ill document it good or bad 😎. At the end harvest them pull the root ball, fill in the hole No till approach, get samples, send soil sample out for testing, get a consultation, amend or flush (flush is if i try to get creative and add additional stuff heavy handed like K- Mag I don't do that anymore) as recommended, top dress, recommended amendment , water in with LAB , wait a couple days and start the process all over again probably from clones this time both of them have a skunky scent and they seem like KEEPERS 👍. Thank you Herbie's!!!
i hope the end product turn out the same flavor

Im waiting on potassium sulfate, gypsum and feather meal it'll be here Wednesday my light will be here Thurs almost perfect timing because when i get root i can decide which ones are mother's and which ones go in the bed im thinking the clones because they be a good size for the mystery strain if it's not male but im kinda thinking it'll be female because of the plant it came from was a female im hoping that the genetics follow along 🤞

yrs ago we used to plant above fish guts on guerilla grows. you had to watch for bears and they'd dig the plants up to get at them sometimes.
When I was a kid we used to go spear fishing, red wing suckers, we would catch a hundred and put them on a line and tow them up river with our little 4 hp motor, took an eternity to get home, grandma and grandpa would come to pick them up, garden food on the farm, was located far enough from house, what a smell, good for the garden though. Cheers

Well, the capillary action is a real thing but this is not under vacuum. Rather this stuff happens on 'garden time.' I've seen people take dozens of cuttings, laying them on a table until they have them all, and then preparing them for their cloner.

That's something I wouldn't do as it would increase the chances for an air embolism, but I've never had an issue when putting them into water immediately after cutting each from the mother. I just found the cutting underwater thing unnecessary.

And I like to take many more cuttings than I need since there's  always one or two that root much better than the rest so I go a bit Darwin on them.

Thanks. I'll have to listen to it later but sounds interesting.

I get it Its All brother 👍✌️

Unless it was a feminized seed, you have about a 50/50 of it being female/male. All seeds come from a female (or at least partially female) plant, so not sure what you're saying there.

:hmmmm:

HOLY CRAP! LQQk @ all that wasted light and real estate no very efficie

@ThirdUncle
take a look at the before and after pictures above.
That's what Black soldier fly larvae can do with a pumpkin peice in a day, they put red wigglers to shame when it comes to composting but its a different benefit so its all good 👍!
when will they develop and fly?

I read somewhere that if the plant hermies or get seeds say 80% Will be female but im not sure i don't really care as accessible seeds are now that's all
