Hempy Headquarters

Good luck to ya @beez0404 , fingers crossed for easy fixes.

Here are my two little bag seed hempys and my SSDC Hempy (seedling). In the blue is Blackberry Kush and the pink is Permafrost.

Also since I don't really have a journal for everything that I do I will share this.....

Uncle gave us some small branches of Alien Rift that he grew but was too lazy to trim. Found two seeds. He grows only one strain at a time and is known for letting them go past their finishing time. Hoping those puppies are viable.

Thank you @FelipeBlu , I love how my 20oz hempys can support that kind of vigor. I would run a journal for these bag seeds but that's just too many journals.

I am doing another passive hydro (not Hempy) breeding experiment with some more of my sativas as well. Lol, 9cm pots with my hempy media in an open reservoir (tray).
I think these are 16 days old

I'm only running those long enough to have mature seeds then chop and run the same operation to multiply my recently aquired Querkel seeds.

Hempy/passive hydro has been the key to my success thus far, and this thread is the one that gave me the final push away from dirt.

Sorry for the rambles, I get a little excited talking about growing this way.
Peace

I'd say start of calmag issues @beez0404

I was doing 2t/gal of calmag once I saw issues in my Hempy girls, seemed to work great

Chris.......I think they're being fed enough cal/mag. However without my PH meter I am thinking the PH might be such that the plants are not able to up take the cal/mag......if that is possible. My new replacement meter should be here in a little less then a week.

I did a pretty darn thorough exam on two of the DDA plants both top of the leaves and especially the bottoms of the leaves. Looking through my 30X fly tying visor I did not see any bugs. So hopefully there are none there that I am missing and the problem lies elsewhere.

I agree with you 100%. I am feeding 2X the amount of Cal/Mag I feed my plants growing in Pro Mix. I'm just not sure the PH is allowing them to take it in.

Starts with a B and ends with care. 5-6ml / gal

Also, in the same tent rubbing shoulders with the affected plants is a Think Different auto growing in Pro Mix. Not flowering yet, but no sign at all of the spotting on the leaves.

Yes, I believe it is the plus

Im using 10ml/gallon of calimagic. The past 2 griws i have had horrible Ca deficiencies and i know it has effected yields. It always starts around the second week of flowering and progresses quickly. I remembered to up my dosage this time.

@Tead I'm giving them 5-6ml / gallon. But as I stated previously I am without a PH meter so more then likely even though they are given enough in the water they are unable to uptake the cal/mag due to the improper PH level. New meter should arrive early this coming week at which time I'll get the girls happy again.

The problem I face is I feed with well water. And as the summer progresses the PH of the water changes. My meter went down and now I would just be guessing. Last summer I was using a little bit of PH up to get where I wanted to be. Over the late fall and into the winter I had to use PH down to get it where I wanted it. So I'll impatiently wait for the meter to get back on the ball again.
