Help: Plant been sick for over a month

Both of them received a full feeding less than 2 weeks ago. Why are the leaves looking like this? Does the plant require a lot more during flower than veg?

I see you still keep feeding them, that isnt going to do you any good, the problem isnt that there arent enough nutrients in the soil the problem is that your plants are unable to uptake these nutrients because they have a transpiration imbalance, your plants are basically slowly dying in front of your eyes.
Your plants are not transpiring enough to maintain a good rate of growth and metabolism hence the problems with water and nutrient uptake which leads to all kinds of problems like calmag defficiency and the roots not having enough oxygen as the soil takes so long to dry out etc.,etc.,etc.

What do you suggest moving forward? Based on my research the plants should be fed until they get flushed 2 weeks prior to harvesting.

I dont know your situation or how much time you have to get a harvest so I can only talk about what I would do if that was me but it might not suit you as everyone is different.
If those were my plants the first thing I would do is turn my timer back to 18/6 and take them out of flower and back into veg, they still have a little bit of green in the leaves so they can still be saved, as things stand sorry to say you are going to get hardly anything out of them anyway even if they make it to harvest time.
Second thing I would do after putting them back into veg and this is very important, is to add a source of radiant heat to my tent and the best way to do this is to add a small wattage MH or HPS bulb to your tent in addition to your Led light, something like a 250w or even a CFL bulb will do wonders.
Thirdly veg them till they recover and then reflower them again, I think probably another 3 weeks or so of reveg will enable them to recover ok. So thats what I would do if they were my plants, as it is you are not heading anywhere with them.

This is an old example of one of my grows and as you can see I grow using Led lights plus an HPS bulb as where I have my tent placed is normally too cold to use Led lighting on its own.
Thanks for your suggestion Aphrodisia. I dont think im going to reveg them. I already wasted over 130 days on these plants just to prolong that harvest period for a shitty yield. At this point I'll just finish my currently shitty and extremely disappointing harvest and if I decide to try again, start fresh with the knowledge I've gained - on plants that haven't been used and abused.

The amount of time, effort and money put into these plants just to get this far and hear it is going nowhere, it's disheartening.

EDIT: @aphrodisia I just wanted to point out that I hate when I give people advice and they overlook it. Just wanna let you know, I did not overlook your advice. I truly considered it, but I don't trust that I can do more good than harm by following your recommendation. If I was a more confident grower, perhaps I would give it a swirl.... but in that case, I probably wouldn't be in the situation I am in now.

I think another major reason for their lack of development is a nitrogen deficiency or lockout as you also mentioned. Leaves are looking pale and lower ones have yellowed, wilted, and fallen - clear sign of nitrogen deficiency/lockout. On their last feeds I gave them 1/5th all purpose and 4/5ths bloom fertilizer, perhaps it should have been more of a 2/5 & 3/5th ratio. I have been ph'ing my water usually around 6.3-6.7, and my plants are following a water schedule. How could I asses if it's a lockout or deficiency? I can flush it or feed it, but doing the wrong one may be extremely detrimental at this point.

If it was easy everyone would be doing it. Your in the right track right place all time takes is more runs to master the craft , I started running big plants and I had no idea what I was doing I would spend 100 days in veg then flower and my flower by the end was not anywhere where I wanted to be. I started to run more plants and less veg times and went from 2 harvest a year up to 4 . And it’s still took 4 years to figure out what I was doing .
Just keep notes as you are your in the right place for info.
You are still posting what’s going on which i have a lot of respect for it’s not easy when you don’t feel like your getting what you put into it.
Now one thing I did wrong is when something went wrong I made so many changes at once that I probably did more harm then good and I never knew what helped and what didn’t, I’m sure you know this but make one change at a time and wait to see the results.
keeo up the hard work brother , don’t get discouraged.

Thank you so much for the kind and encouraging words my man. I really appreciate the kindness.

I am not a quitter by any means, and I really try not to whine either. I just felt discouraged because my time for growing is very limited. I am moving to Asia next year for a few years, and I won't be able to smoke or grow there - so I really wanted to make the most of whatever time I have now. It is what it is though. When I move back to a country where I can grow, I will have all this knowledge in my reservoir :) I will keep updating you guys no matter what. The least everyone deserves after putting their time and effort towards helping me, is to find out how it all ended.

run cheapie perpetual, start your next set of beans now, all you need are decent temps often found on a high shelf and a cfl maybe tiny desktop fan very low budget stuff, keep em on 24/0 while you finish CB & MJ in the tent.
Im afraid that is it for me for a little while my friend. I have a lot of long hikes planned this summer so I won't be able to be around to take care of my ladies.

I hear you! We will miss you. I’m hoping to wrangle in a stealth plant or two somewhere outdoors this year. I’ve got a few spots selected that have steady water supply, are secluded and far enough away for plausible deniability. Who me? I’m just hiking on thru with this here dog...
Haha, and your dog recently got sprayed by a skunk - hence the scent.

fed them both and I noticed the leaves regained some green but still have a light green tint to them. Only been a week since I top fed them, so maybe it takes longer to show ? They're starting to fatten up a little now, and we are about 3 weeks our from harvest

Soil grows are slow to respond to changes so don’t let that fool you. Your chicks are all gussied up for the dance
MJ is looking much nicer, but cannabitch is still not growing at the same rate. I also noticed the leaves aren't perking like they should. Going to try and see whats up with her because MJ has been receiving identical care and she's looking good!
