Hello Everybody From Northern Minnesota

Looking good john, send a couple of pics with lights off once in a while. It's hard to see the colors in the blurple and others may pick up on something the plant may or may not like. Great job so far bro.
Here ya go. I had to take on out to do this because my tablet doesn't have a flash.

I would start bringing the lights up a bit now. What was the distance recommended the the manufacturer again? They look like the growth is going well. I brought mine up to 24" now and by the end of the weekend I will be around 30". I have dense leaves and good size trunks starting so it's time to go up for me.
In these pots, they're at 13".

I just brought the lights up from 13"-15". Thank you.

Veg is 18"-24" per factory recommendation.

Looking good John wick. Roots coming out the bottom is a good sign. And then seeing them everywhere when you pulled them out of the pot is even better. They will be fine in their new home.

Thanks Mr Magoo! I was pretty comfortable about my decision to check especially after I saw a pretty nice all around root system staring to bloom.
Don't think that I wasn't extremely nervous doing it before feeding the Great White root stuff came in. They will even be better when I use the GW stuff. I did take smashed up shells from three eggs and mixed them in each pot. I made the time to fluff the FF Ocean soil and make sure zero clumps were in it. Watered it from the outside in, so my roots would look for more water. I just things I used to do when growing outside in Humboldt. Basics stuff.
I was scared shi+*%* for the first 3 full days after though.

This is my first indoor grow as well. Have had a few outdoor grows but left those largely to Mother Nature to handle it. So having control over so many aspects can be a little nerve racking...but totally awesome at the same time. I’m gonna have quality I’ve never had with the other attempts.

Update: The leaf I accidentally broke off during transplant on 7-4-18 has new fresh growth. Happy days!

Looking good brother!. Seeing as they are autos Id stick to lst for the moment. You can quadline but you do run the risk of stunting them. I will be attempting it with an auto but havent tried it as of yet.
Good advice Bilbobudkin420, of course I didn't think of that being a old outdoor grow hippie from Humboldt. Back then they didn't have auto's.
Thank you and please check in anytime.
Happy grow days for you.

John

No worries my friend. They do look nice and healthy though and about the perfect point to top em once. That shouldnt slow those girls down too much. The inital quadline is a bit brutal I wouldnt feel comfortable telling you to go ahead with it until Id tried it first. I love to experiment so for me Im prepared to accept the consequences

You gonna quadline just one of your autos or more than that. Good advice by the way. On holding up on the quadline. The life cycle of an autoflower doesnt allow much time to recover and you definitely want them healthy when they start to flower.

Nope, going to take that good advice. Learning LST instead as recommended.
I'm just a old hippie from Humboldt, I don't know to much Auto flower.
Good thing I found all you new friends to help me along. Great news, the Great White was 3 days early, bit my girls are good for now with watering.
Thier next drink will be enjoyed. Happy Days. :rollit:

John, how tall are your plants supposed to get according to the breeders info?
Will find out. Have a neck headache going to quit for the day.
Wish my girls were all grown up right now. :ganjamon:
Good night all.

John

Just topped the girls this morning and it's looking like tomorrow they will be ready to get thier first drink of Great White.
Happy days. :surf:

Question, calcium plus and Great White are both here. Can I use both on one day? Because I have never used these things, should I give GW and wait to give Calcium the next time around? Was planning on introduction at half strength with the calcium.
