Blue Dream, 6 weeks down, 3 to go. And I know the weight really goes on in the last 2 weeks on this pheno. Without support, 2 of the branches hang below the pot. 2 others are getting lower and lower. So we did some tie up today. I'm getting the pheno figured out, still can't get her to stay lush, green and pretty until week 6. But I've got some weight this go 'round.

She doesn't photograph well.

What's up Heirloom? :high-five:
It's an "Ailanthus Webworm Moth" from my brief research & I'd get rid of if at all possible since they can lay tiny eggs on the undersides of the leaves that could turn into bud worms once flowering starts & I'm sure you probably know already.
Myself, I found out the hard way last year with small white moths flying around my crop although the outbreak wasn't to bad in the end with only a few of the main colas affected. Ya live, ya learn!:geek:

Check out the name of the site I found:
Ailanthus Webworm Moth - What's That Bug?

Hope that helps!:Namaste:

Awesome mate, damn they looking the goods man.. :passitleft: hope your having a good day mate...

Happy 4th of July to ya Heirloom!:volcano-smiley:

Boy that first plant looks primarily sativa to me... sweet. Nice chunky buds too, dang!

Looking great over here

:cheesygrinsmiley:

PS Happy 4th

"Tangerine Dream is Indica-dominant strain" ... hmmm

Among the research I've been doing lately were a number of seminars and taped interviews, and one of the things that keeps getting commented on is that there's no way to tell the genetic dominance of an indica vs a sativa through sight alone. It would take genetic testing to make that determination. So this habit we have of making the call based on leaf shape and plant structure is fatally flawed, mucked up in the end by the feverish pitch of genetic crossing going on all over the world.

Leaf appearance is a trait that is controlled by relatively few genes. As Sue said, you really can't tell. But by all rights it is a sativa looking plant. Not as spindly and weak as the blue dream.

I also have a Heavy Weight seeds Fruit Punch genotype that is ridiculously indica looking, and structured about as perfect as you could want, perfect symmetry. It's listed as mostly sativa. Heavy yield potential with large very firm indica buds.

This was the original seed plant back in March. We have clones going...1 in a hole and 3 in #20 fabrics...as well as 2 for seed making and 1 as a back up, keep the strain going plant.

It's the only one I've seen like it on the webz. But it certainly is a fruit punch. You take a whiff and you immediately get a sickeningly sweet Hawaiian Punch fruit juicy red. Growing and cured. The smoke is sweet and fruit punchy too. I love it, as does everyone here who's had it.

You make that Fruit Punch sound irresistable. I'm drawn to the fruity ones. Always been a fan of sangria, fruit and all. My glass usually looks like fruit with a bit of wine. :laughtwo:

Lovely Cardinal in that shot Heirloom. :battingeyelashes:

It's a good one. One of the fruitiest I've come across. Sweet and fruity are popular in these parts. I hit a home run on this one. I'll be interested to see what expressions the other 4 beans I have produce.

My plan is to cross this FP on to a DD, or visa versa, doesn't matter too much. I'm hoping to retain the dark color, the high and the intriguing scent it has, and just add the flower density of the FP. Of course a DD with dark purple fruit punch bud would work too. The possibilities are...well, not endless, but there's a lot, lol.

Of course we are going to self her for fem seeds. In fact we mixed fresh STS today and it's been sprayed once on the selected pollen producer already. She goes to flower first night tonight. In two weeks the seed host plant will follow.

Wonder if Shigg had success with the pollen?
