We are all here to better ourselves as growers and to hopefully teach and help someone through The same problems you went through. It’s all about paying it forward. Never a prob Dean. Should be a spray and drench rate on back of neem oil.
Cold pressed neem only, is best grade.

And sorry brother, your plants look amazing... I was more trying to help with ya prob, sidetracked stoner...hehe.

Small update- Hey everyone, everything is on cruise control , all the leafs are standing up as if they are all praying to the led light gods. Temps in the tent are 21 deg celsius for the low and 25 deg Celsius for the high, the relative humidity is at 63% currently , which is perfect for my tent

This is just a small update, I hope you all are having a great work week. I will be giving a pre flower update this weekend when I move my grow space to the basement , so until next time , have s great day and happy growing folks

Today is a great day for me and the second most fav days of any grower ,
FIRST DAY OF 12/12 Start of flower

Update- hey everyone so today there was a lot of work involved, I have moved my whole grow down to the basement for the summer to help battle the heat, I now have 2 mars 300 and 1 mars 144 for now in the tent, I am now pushing 490 true watts from the wall but we know that means nothing in regards to led , I do have a lux meter so I have the lights dialled right in for optimal par to my canopy, I finally hooked up my carbon filet system and with working with one a 2x4x5’3” grow space it took me a long time to figure the perfect setup to optimize airflow and not being in the way of my grow lights. I finally got my ax infinity coudline T4 in-line fan installed and it’s on-board controller, I am still trying to dial in the auto function, you set your high temp low temp high humidity and low and the fan speeds up and slows down to maintain the environment, the damn things smarter then I am , so I just have it on the on function right now until I dial it in. It took me a full day to do the move and to set everything back up, I had to re configure everything to make it all work in sync and to look good, my OCD defiantly took over on this one . It’s a about 10 deg cooler in my basement and humidity is around 55-65% so very happy , I do have a humidifier when need be , and I will need be in flower for sure . So I’m gonna start off with the pics of my putting everything together since I’m only able to do 10 at a time I will do the plants progress right after , so let’s get into some pictures

It took me a long time to figure out where to put this exactly, but after an hour or so I figured out where I wanted it.

So I finally got all the lights up I only had 2 ratchet ropes and one chain for a fluorescent fixture but I managed to make it all work , I have the lights about 16 inches from top of canopy I am going to lower 1 inch every couple days till I’m around 12” or at a lux reading I am happy with.



After it was all finished I stepped back and had to snap one I am very happy with this downsized grow, my last one was a 4x4 but was too much for me , this is perfect for the amount I use maybe if I get half ps out of this I may upgrade but I’m a long way away from that


So I have the lights and the top fan blowing at the lights hooked on the timer and my other fans and in-line fan are on a separate plug


Before putting my plants in here I turned everything on and closed the door ,just to see what my temps were gonna be at and humidity levels.



After an hour I came down and to my surprise she was at 24 deg Celsius and humidity at 50 at canopy levels , ( we all know humidity will go up with plants in there )



I have a gage for temp and humidity on my lights , and one on my floor in the tent and one outside my tent at the air intake , again my OCD is making me obsess over things



After spending all day moving this and setting it up all the hard work is about to pay off , I will be switching this to 12/12



So she’s all moved up and plants are ready to go in , I’m going to update the plants going in and the SCROG being installed, anyway thanks for reading all of this I know I can go on and on but I just really enjoy every part of this.

CONTINUATION OF LAST UPDATE-

finally getting the plants in the tent yay

I installed the scrog to my posts with zip ties then I cut away the rest once it was fitted, I left it high then I tucked my big girl into the tent ,


She’s filled in very nicely , time to spread her out


I slowly started to lower the trellis onto her and kept working the canopy in the best shape I can to fill all the spaces I can , I decided to do a light defoliation again to open more light into the lower canopy she’s getting flipped to flower and I want there to be maximum light pen , I will go through and do a final one in a few day just to take away what’s blocking prime bud sites.


After her defoliation I lowered the scrog s little more and just organized the canopy some more by tucking and bending her down to the next square in the trellis



I am really happy with the results and only time will tell if I made the right moves in this grow



She is definitely going to take up a lot of room , I hope she is one of the phenos that stretc a lot , but I am prepping it as if it won’t stretch much st all , she’s a bushy indica dom

This is what I am most excited about , it’s the control panel for the in-line fan , shows me the temp and humidity , also gives me the option to set my high and lows for everything has an alarm to warn if things get to hot or cold it’s nice to know the canopy temp from outside the tent without Having to open the tent and disturb the environment this is with the lights on



and this is with the lights off so there is a nice range in temps but not ok drastic , I am still trying to dial in auto mode and 86% humidity is way to high for me, still working out the bugs is all

Wow,Dean,you got a lot accomplished-that's a sweet setup!
Your plant should end up huge with all that light,I think you'll like the way the led's perform-
I'd never grown with one before,either,and it impressed the shit out of me-they keep the nodes nice and tight- they do stretch out a little in flower,but they do that with the sun,too.

That 2x4 tent looks like a great size too-you'll have wall to wall buds in there in no time.
Good job on everything-that fan controller should help keep things under control in there-looks like something I might be interested in when I finally do it the right way...

Climate inside tent -
So this reading is at canopy level,With the lights on it’s running at 24-26 deg Celsius, and relative humidity is 45%-75%



I stuck another monitor on top of my lights just to see the different readings in different spots of the tent , also just to see how hot it is around the lights to see if I have to do something to keep the temps down


I also have another one at the root zone level, happy roots=happy fruits


She is starting to look up at the light , the move has not phased this big girl , daddy is very happy

The canopy has filled in nicely , I’m gonna go through and clean it up tonight when I have some time


Now that I have 2 mars 300 and 1 mars 144 she will get more then enough light walk to wall

Thanks cass it was a lot of work to set it up and it took me a long time to save the money for everything , I don’t make very much so it was a long time coming to save for that fan . I really appreciate the kind words my friend , I have been very surprised with how well the leds actually do work with far less power , I just have to use a set up like this because my wife hates the smell so for peace of mind it’s a good investment , I can’t wait to see how flower goes , anyway thanks for stopping by cass have a great day brotherman

Yes I do joe I have 2 fans for my canopy and one fan above the leds to move air around them , it makes a big deference , great minds think alike

I use farenhieght what is that for F not C lol. I like flower 77f ish veg 80-82f rh veg 80% ish flower start 65% work down slowly every week if possible or two depending on flower times ?

Holy smokes, nice bud picks y'all. I have Himalaya Gold from Greenhouse seeds grown in hempy with mega crop 2.0. She smells like warm honeysuckle with a sweet coffee undertone. I find the abundance of rust colored pistils against her golden-green flowers very attractive. Good luck everyone!

Another day another dollar , hey folks I just wanted to share this with you guys , I came home today to find this besutiful package on my door , a member from this family dropped off a care package at my house today and I am so excited to dig into it , @Kingjoe83 gave me some of his home grown goodness and I am super excited to try all 3 strains I will keep you posted on how everything is but everything looks top notch and just on bag appeal joe you knocked it out of the park. .
