Mass Med released a cross of the Star Pupil and GD and called it GDPupil. I think it was a limited release since the seeds arent available any more and I have never even seen it listed on any site. Overlord has one going in veg that is a clone from one of his buddies. I have wanted some of Ken's GDP forever. I grew out grand daddy purps once but was unable to clone it. I thought it would be fine since I thought the person I got the clones from had some to back it up with but unfortunately they lost theirs as well.
 
I have some GDP reg seeds, believe it or not. They are on the list to grow in the purple series. Star pupils sitting in the second spot, who knows, pollen tends to fly around here. Speaking of which, momma Grapes is in the bucket nicely now, I'll pull the Dewey tomorrow and give her some bubbles. Next set is coming in now, I expect she will grow much faster from this point on.

The branch that I reversed came off and the bottom half was all bud, maybe one or two sacs, so I'm thinking we will smoke it at some point. Very immature but frosty as a ⛄️

It's not much but nothing goes to waste here .
 
So is everyone finding these purple strains off insta? This post had me drooling but hard to find any of the strains listed here lol.

That looks really nice. Whos GDP do you have? Is it Kens? I have looked for Kens GDP and Grandpa Larry but I do not care to buy them from any over seas bank. They want twice what US banks want but there is only one that carries them and they are always out of stock. Most banks over seas want $180 or so for a 10 pack. The US bank wants 100. I have seen someone run Blim Burns and it looked ok but it never came out purple so who knows if it was legit.

They don't sell the seeds directly though? Which bank did you use if you don't mind me asking, if they're not a sponsor then no worries.
 
Go to mass medicals website, they have 4 distributor seed banks that sell them
All have some sweet USA seeds, all are in the USA.
JB is where I got my Star Pupil seeds, got lucky he had a few packs left
Some other USA banks have GDP just gotta search, can't remember who, mine came from seedsman

That's where arctic ordered from... exotic has some killer gear too.

Once the coin of bit rebounds I want to look into some real gods gift. Dabbers all time favorite! Also very intrigued by the Mendocino purple kush. Avalible at seedsman. Described to have the same favor attributes and color I'm after.

Lot a of overseas banks purple is very dark due to the cold Netherlands climate. I want a nor cal purp that is closer to lavender.

If you want Cali Purps check out CSI:Humboldt. He uses Mendocino Purple and Purple Urkle in his breeding. He has a cross of the two which I posted pics of a couple of pages back. That is the only seed out of the pack I have popped. He has some really nice gear and it is not overly expensive. He has S1s of both Purple Urkle and the Mendo purple too. He has what he calls F1s of both strains too sold under Pirates of the Emerald Triangle. I cant say they are true F1 versions of these strains because he used a Pakistani Chitral Kush male to bred them to but there is supposed to be a lot of purps in the seeds.
