Growchy's Purple Series - Purpletually Purple

Who knows it very well could be. So good news guys, I will be unveiling a new led panel for this Grow. It will go over the NukeHead initially, and it will stay in the flowering cabinet indefinitely. Stay tuned for that! I'll do a thorough review on the YouTube channel.
I'm very interested in the PCK for breeding with, I'll likely grab some next order.

It is supposed to be an awesome strain to breed with. It is supposed to breed pretty true and can lend color to strains that dont have any typically as well. It is not supposed to be an overly powerful strain, typically coming in at 8% THC or so I believe. What it lacks in sheer potency is supposed to be made up for with its character. I do not have any issues with it being used in anyones breeding regimen, but I think it is misleading to call a Purple Urkle x PCK cross a Purple Urkle F1. They have a few of them other than that including the Mendo Purple and Girl Scout Cookies. I will say their Forum cut of GSC is gorgeous. It is so dark it is almost black!
 
The PCK is a very nice laid back effect not overly potent but very nice. To improve its potency by breeding with a high potency strain would be a worth while project.

That would be pretty bad ass especially if she gives the colors. I'd want to get that in reg seeds if anything.

Glad you could make it on over brother, it's gonna get pretty serious in here pretty quickly. Pulling the Dewey shortly and on to straight DWC

I grew a Violetta (PCKxMalwai) and I had to take it at 16 weeks of 12/12. It probably could have flowered for another month. It was looking pretty unhappy though and I needed to flip plants that were in veg. I was really hoping for a 9 week flower time since that is what it is advertised as having by Ace but I got a real sativa leaner. One of the lankiest, fluffiest plants I have ever grown. I put it in flower at probably 18 inches above soil. When it finally stopped stretching it was above my hood even after super cropping it multiple times.

There’s just no stopping them, when they stretch, they really stretch. I had to pull the plug on popping a blue dream for that reason only. The wife had a better idea anyway, Grow that outdoors so she can stretch her legs for real.

The Blue Dream I grew from HSO did not really stretch for me much. I trained it from a young age and was able to keep it under control. It was maybe 3 feet from soil to the top and it was probably closer to 30 inches. Even if I had not trained it it would have been maybe 4 feet or so. I typically do not get a lot of stretch from the plants I grow but every once in a while one will surprise me. That violetta grew next to my bubblegum for its first round and it stretched just about as bad. My cannalope haze did the same thing and then this round my slurricane and my purple punch s1 both stretched more than I anticipated. I had to super crop the top of my PP since it grew right up into my lights. After installing the light panels I made I gained 8-12 inches of vertical space and the PP used up all of it :laughtwo:
