Kinda cool :) Feeling like a newbie again. This auto thing is different from growing photos. Don't think I'll ever prefer growing these though. Photos give you so much more options

Tried a little harder to show you the weird coloring on the leaves of this baby. The other Jack looks completely normal. I tried to do a photo that was as accurate as possible in regards of colors under LED. Used my very best lense, a Canon EF 24-70/2.8 L II USM for this shot.

Is it a deficiency?

Not sure Dev, I've had it a few times with seedlings, couldn't work it out.. they grew well though and deepened in colour eventually. My thoughts led me to a lack of nitrogen. Perhaps the power of the lights pushed them too hard and they nuted out.. but you wouldn't think that the case.. maybe try a real light nute foliar feed if the soil is essentially inert.

There's been a tragedy! I was in messing around a little too much while I was a lil too baked and the Solo cup turneth over! I ever so gently replanted the young lady and then propped her up with the most appropriate item I could find. A giant bud stem. Proper motivation is key to recovery after an injury.

. I'm still in the runnin!

..

Was waiting for it.. I nearly sent my girls from the top of my cabinet the other day.. First reaction.. "Leave them low!" Second reaction was to chuckle and think to myself about how many little solo cups would be knocked over and eventually cradled for the next few months ..
If anything, you needed the slowing down Blood! Haha.. Chances are it was a nice little supercrop and she'll be bench pressing the support you gave her by morning.
Stickys onto the right track, anchor them bad ladies in with rocks! Although it's probably some crazy DWC stickys got tucked away inside the bowl for extra vitality ..

Looking good everyone ..

This magazine just called me a no one. No one are growing indoors in soil in 2017. Have you ever seen a more ridiculous claim?

Have been thinking all day about what to do with the Jack's

train/not train

Due to the nature of the air-pots, I will be able to get a more developed root-system without the plant getting root-bound as fast as it would in a solo-cup. But I still think the container is a little too small to have much benefits from topping etc. Maybe LST could increase yield a little? But basically the curious part of me wants to see just how well a plant can grow naturally in 0.5 liter of soil. So I won't train them. Instead I want to see how big they can get.

Ohioboy got the training part covered well. He is very good with auto's. So I'll use his and other people's plants in this thread to learn if there is any benefits from training the auto's in such a limited container.

Since I'm growing Jack Herer, I have a feeling those plants can get quite tall even in this tiny container.

I am guessing 80 cm :) What's your guess?

They don't get tall less than 3ft
