Grow Challenge! All Welcome! Solo Cups & Autos!

Been growing with hydro nutes in soil for about a year now and it works super. I used to grow in hydro and bought 5 liter cans of nutes. Been working hard on using all that. So I just kept on using it in soil and it worked just as well as in water.

Was my understanding as well yeah.. and the bottle says for hydroponic use only.. When down at the Hydro shop a mentioned wishing they could be used in soil, and the helpful clerk gave me the Cyco product list and feed schedules for coco / soil / aqua which led me to those A&B products.

Still a little skeptical.. but going to follow the feed chart and see how it goes..

There's growth! The Malana is showing signs of new growth overnight, out of the centre of the stem. Is also swelling a bit at the stem head ✌️
Thanks for the info Dev, good to know there is someone using Hydro nutes for soil. Which brand are you using?

I didn't photograph the Jack's today :) Just look at the previous photo and add a cm to the stem length in your mind and you basically have it.

Noicee Ohio! That's gonna be a nice dank little beauty!

Morning sticky!
Cheers buddy, she's swelling out and there's itty bitty green shoots poking out the middle, will make a nice little early knuckle.
How's the heat today? Wishing the rain was back or what?

I know you've seen it sticky, but just wanted to quickly show off my "White (Black) Widow"

Cold nights (min 7) warm days (max 26). Indoor start - outdoor plant. Organic + occasional liq. ferts. She's dehydrating getting ready for harvest some early morning soon ...

Those cold nights are why it's so dark. Temps are a way of manipulating color people drop temps the last month of flower to bring out the "purp" color. I kinda feel like it's cheating but we're all
Different

I'm going to attempt to grow 3 auto anubis seeds and there only going to be able to go into 8 litre smart pots am I going to be restricted to the height they can grow being in that size pot?

Hey SRFS, if you want to cut the pot down to .5L your more then welcome to join in the Plant Grow Off, 8L is waaayy to big for the grow. Would love to see the Anubis Auto, can you DIY a small .5L pot?

Thanks buddy, is there other ways to get deep colours other then Temp and PH flux? . Was lucky, not cheating . haha. From what I've read it means it'll be full of anthocyanins, the molecules responsible for flavour in all darker fruits. It does this by transforming chlorophyll into sugars the flowers can absorb, resulting in dark leaves. It also changes the way the plant photosynthesis sunlight, makin her more responsive to blues and greens.
Next winter will do a little garden full of Black Weed ..

Yeah but blues and greens are veg colors and to much of each in flower can turn them to hermaphrodites. But I would definitely be giving them 10ml of back strap molasses per gallon every watering even during flush it'll be like Magic to her I bet it can't hurt

I'm sure I can accumulate some .5l pots I probably have some sitting around just need to look for them. Seeds are due in the next few days then I can get them ready.

Nice mate good to have you around .Are they the Anubis from Kannabia? I've germinated some Afrodite from then recently, hoping for wonderful things

Jack is happy :)

notice how the cotyledons are a different color than the first leaves

Sin Tra Bajo , she has been under 12/12 in the flower tent since she joined the party. I was planning on keeping her outside during the day and then inside when the lights come on, but may just keep her 12/12.
