Grow #2: Outdoor/CFL Auto 420 Blueberry & AK-47 Smart Pots With Dr Earth Soil

Thanks Nobody! I think I'll try creating a mild solution in distilled water and test to see what it takes to raise 6.0 water (with just pH Down in it). That will give me an idea of how much it would take in nutes. I can't work in poofs and dust! Not how my brain operates:)

Well, I add less than a mg. I have a nice scale in the garage, it's been registered and checked for 2017 down to ten-thousandths of a gram. It's such a trivial amount for my water I never thought of weighing it.

Man your outdoor photos make me want to try a couple plants outside...how much direct and how much filtered light are they getting a day?

I'd say now they get direct sun about 6 hours a day, open sky the next 2 hours, then about 6 hours of dusk and dark until they get under the CFLs/T8s for 10 hours.

Of course they're in the shed now and there is NO sign of rain...blue skies, smiling at me (but in a mocking way!).

Hey shed if you put them outside and leave. Bet it rains lol

Pretty plants... Damn they have enough dirt.......... I see what your doing... But every extra few days of veg,,,, equals alot more buddage. Unless height is an issiue? Looks like that one is ready... I'd pluck it... Smoke? GL and Keepem Green

small sidenote: BB isnt really known for its massive yields ..; it is considered to be a connoisseur strain with moderate yields so to get 4 ounce from a BB is a great result ;)

And one that I hope can be repeated! Lol. My plants looking bad under the leds! Uggghhh!

Monday and they said it would rain today, so I took everything out of the shed to pull and tuck and take pics, and then put them back under the CFLs. Bright sunny skies now...it better damn rain :)

Family shot including the newly acquired and recently transplanted clone (details on the clone journal post #274 here). It sits just off to the side of the lights. Don't need it to grow much, just not flower!

Height is no problem, and I think the longer veg is related to the cooler temps this time of year. These are autos so they do what they want! SPOG® has been chopped...details in a bit!

It's not the LEDs that are your problem, they love the light. It's the nutes and the soil.

My smokers have no vocab for critiques. Both got everyone very high, tho not for hours. That's about all I can get from them!

Tuesday is CHOP DAY for the AK-47 auto (aka AK 4, aka SPOG®) on day 97!

Load of pics so get ready to scroll...

Pre-chop – a portrait of the auto as an old man:

Last, I found this on my dwarf lime tree. Anyone have a clue what it is? Probably a cocoon of sorts but truly freaky looking!

CHOP THE SPOG! Chop the spog! The other gals are huge! I suppose now I see why you were down about the other ones flowering so early and just pulled them.

Lol I haven't caught up but I couldn't stay away from checking this update !

That's a Spog if I've ever seen one damn :0 i likem short n wide, curves in all the right places ;) nice man!

Nice photos too! Can't wait to get caught up .

A whole 6g. Now remind me why I'm diligently caring for a SPoG®.
Of trim.... I only trimmed 6 leaves off mine

And it's better than no nugs at all I say!

I'm not sure if what's on my SPoG® can be considered leaves.

I'd like to cut it and make room for another seed. If I get one in the pot now I'll almost be on schedule for a perpetual grow - a new seed every three weeks is a reasonable cycle.

Flytie, there is no pressure to grow out that plant and make it a spog®. Membership in the spog® club is voluntary and is only for those who feel the desire to grow one. Culling that plant in no way affects anyone's opinion of you, nor does it preclude you from growing a spog® and rejoining the club in the future :)

Toss it and grow the big plant you desire! You're free from spogdom!
