You can use canna butter to cook just about anything. You could use as the oil in a garlic herb Rice, cook meat in it. Use it in biscuits like red lobster serves. If you don't like the taste and want the benefit, I'd use a garlic rich recipe to mask the flavor of the canna butter. Use it in pasta recipes, or the butter for homemade garlic bread. I could go on and on. Lol. I love to create yummy food.Mate the stench is full on right now, that heavy fresh smell.. It'll knock me over once I leave and come back,lol... The buds look great too, tricks are 90 cloudy 9% clear 1% amber... geez I'm looking forward to smoking some of this, I love it, just something about the taste of a garden grow, sunshine and fresh air....
Shiggs, man I hung dried my plants for well over 10 years.. Used to think that had to pull roots and plastic bag it upside down for few days, oh that was after have put a nail through the stem couple days before harvest, lol. Then wait till it dried on branches before taking a leaf off.. Man it takes forever to trim a dry plant, lol, and this dude here hates trimming, I'd happily give somebody 4-5 ounces to do this plant for me.. ill try to get as much off while wet also can, but I know half will be dry trimmed, lol....oh, thanks man...
Dennise, happily give you some, no need to be jeAlous around here
hey,I love cookie stoned but hate the cannabis taste..anybody know recipes that don't have the taste.. Must be a spice or nut to mix with it to create a better taste. I think it's more savoury than sweet, maybe some crushed cashew paste and sesame oil... I don't know....
Hey there Montana....the problem isn't what or how to make it or use it, it's taste.... Somebody once said curso was making caramels that were the bomb and had no canna taste. This sounds good to me.. I love the high but would go without it due to the taste.. come up with a way of getting the effect with no taste into the food and make me a happy high man, lol....
We will be trimming below the Scrog soon. We are going to use ice water and bubble bags to release the trichomes. After that I will decarboxylate the clippings previously used, then make canna butter. Maybe the ice water bath will take away some of the taste. This is a first using rendered clippings for the butter or the hash. I'm sure it will be trial and error, but I'll get it right eventually. I'll keep you posted. .Hey there Montana....the problem isn't what or how to make it or use it, it's taste.... Somebody once said curso was making caramels that were the bomb and had no canna taste. I'd love to try your recipe if you are willing to give it out. Just think canna caramel apples this year!!! MmmI used to make a regular batch of caramels every couple of weeks or so. They tasted great! Didn't notice that weed taste at all.
Maybe the molasses in the brown sugar did it? One caramel a night and it was wonderful sleep.
Another thing to consider it the type of butter you use? There are certain brands of real butter here that I just cannot stand and they seem to make the taste of the caramels yukky for me.
Just my Humble opinion.
BTW, "sick" is a 4 letter word. We could NEVER get sick of photos. Beautiful bud!

Here you go canna, You need a really good candy thermometer as temperature is critical.
Ingredients:
1 cup cannabis butter
2 ¼ cup brown sugar
dash of salt
1 cup light corn syrup
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla (I prefer cherry extract!)
Directions:
Melt butter; add brown sugar and salt. Stir until combined. Stir in light corn syrup. Gradually add milk; stir constantly. Cook and stir over med heat, until candy reaches firm ball stage (245F), about 12 to 15 min. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla, pour into 9″ by 13″ pan. Cool, cut and wrap.
Me too ....
