Saw primus.. Was off my head, kept yelling out to him to play too many puppies, he ended up playing the chords, I yelled out "your kidding me, is that it?" Then spent the rest off the night stage diving taking out the first row.. one of the most fun selfish nights I had. Would have either pissed people right off or been the entertainment, but when your paid to see an international act..
Saw faith no more with Lou reed, tool, ween, basically every big name band of 90's was there.. Alternative nations it was called, happened once, most amazing line up ever..

Well, Jeez, Heir, give a bloke a chance...
Early Peppers are the shit; Uplift Party to Blood Sugar.. Brown album my fav Primus; DMV A total crack up..
Still listen to FNM King for a Day, Real Thing, Angel Dust.... Alice not really my thing; never fell for the grunge deal..Except, obviously Soundgarden.... Rage were hit and miss with me.....
Also unmentioned were Ramones (wear a Ramones hat to work), Sex Pistols, Velvet Underground (RIP), Buzzcocks, Stiff Little Fingers, The Cult (meh), The Saints, Alien Sex Fiend, Birthday party..Sublime, 311,Sepultura...
Sorry; not tryin to be a smart-arse, just glad theres' a few out there my age with similar memories!!! Music was a massive part of my life for a long time... I should've been a producer or sound engineer.. But I was too busy partying to do the courses...!!

Don't give lavender oil to pubescent boys, also gives them man boobs... I think it's the herbs and spices that make it so good, not the way it's cooked...

Never got into hunters except that I wished I was a few years younger and saw them live, crazy in Melbourne apparently, industrial and dark, saws on metal etc... . My band open for 311 once in Hollywood, at the Whisky A Go-Go, before they were huge. Only time we played there.

Smoked blunt after blunt with Eek-a-mouse and his crew when we open for him. Damn, I felt like such a novice. Was sooooooo baked I fell off the stage later during the show. Landed on my back, saved the bass and barely missed a note. Kept playing on my back until two of our crew picked me up. Still playing, lol.

:ganjamon:

Hi Dennise... We been watching state of origin, rugby league

Eek a mouse, his a producer right? Hip hop? Beats? I'm sure I got music of his..

That's awesome heir... What type music you play?

Sepultura and (probly my fav band for years then) Pantera (good, solid American Metal) were the two technically best bands I ever saw. Tight and fast. Pantera esp were awesome. I'll never forget how hard the drummer hit his drums. With like 6B sticks(big).
Sepultura were just a whole different show; all the tribal stuff... Unreal. Saw em a couple times.
Saw Iron Maiden in London, too.. That is worth bragging about as a aussie metal fan..
