White Panther2 is finally dried and jarred and yielded 73 grams, 2.57 ounces over 151 days = 0.483 grams/day.
I was surprised at the low yield, even after losing a few grams to rot - makes me wonder about the goal of growing big buds. I've never really cared all that much for the esthetics of the bud I smoke. Often, the smaller ones in mid-canopy are the most delicious. That's where you get those insanely frosted ones that never got baked, but were high enough to get lots of diffused light. And the bud density caused me some trouble. I don't really care about the small yield, but the other two were both 100+ grams. This one is off by 25%. Gonna have to ponder that.

I agree, I don't get all this bag appeal hype, but then I live in a different reality I smoked buds in my life which looked like shit and would barely pass any smell/check control, but they were getting me so high, that I'm still dreamin' about them

And I neglected to welcome you to my journal.
Maybe you remember the fine buzz because it was the ONLY bud in that bag of brickweed! That's what I remember.
But seriously, I grew pot years ago and it was almost always those buds about a foot down the branch that were the surprisers. Or even reaching into the jar, I tend to go for those grape-sized ones. Come to think of it, they're probably the ones with the least degraded trichs, too - out of the brightest light, a couple degrees cooler ...
Love me some mid-canopy stuff. Best buds on most every plant I've grown. Thought I was the only one.

SLH2 got the chop today, and this is one of the most gritty, crystal-encrusted plants I've handled. Trimming was a breeze because every single sugar leaf was covered in trichs, so I only had to trim the tips and the small fans. Wow. I don't know if this pheno is typical of Super Lemon Haze, but it's a killer. It easily finishes 10 weeks from the flip, the buds are hard and sticky, and the plant is a snap to grow - no issues at all.

Update time! 
I'm absolutely lovin' Carnival by Ministry of Seeds! What a great strain! Carn1 is on schedule to chop this weekend with brix steady at 14/14. Yum.
Carn1 - 120 days old - 56 days 12/12 - 45 days since pistils - brix 14/14
Carn2 is doing even better with brix up to 15/16. I got a first reading from another leaf at 18! She'll be done in two weeks.
Carn2 - 120 days old - 48 days 12/12 - 41 days since pistils - brix 15/16
Panama Seed looks like it may be done early. It's making some nanners like it does, but so far it hasn't been a hassle. I had it scheduled to go 10 weeks from the flip but it's not going to make it past 9 weeks this time. Buds are chunking up nicely and it's rapidly turning purple.
Panama Seed - 107 days - 49 days 12/12 - 38 days since pistils - brix 14/14
Green Love potion just finished its drench and is getting sticky fast. Brix is finally out of the danger zone at 12/12.

Wow...lets see that again!!!! Holy Shmole!!! Those are some of the frostiest cola's I have ever seen, its like chunks of trichome balls on there!! amazing Graytail!!!
