Graytail's 4th Perpetual: 4x4 Samsung Panels

Aaaaaaahhhhh....MK Ultra! :yummy:

Earthy flavor with hints of pine & wood as if you buried your Christmas Tree in Doc's 3rd run soil for six months and then dug it back up! :thumb:

Ah yeah! Very nice description Mr. Krip! I do love me some earthy pine! Reminds me of the late 80's - early 90's kind of bud, when it was good.
Appreciate you guys helping me out. MK Ultra is next!

@Amy Gardner - thank you for the info! if blue dream is a good one then it’s going on the list!... topicals are in the near future, I hope! My growing priorities have been changing from “getting high” to “trying to help others”... although I still need my smoke! Lol ... My friends mom is interested in trying oils now that it’s legal here, she suffers from a number of things: Fibromyalgia, All arthritises, Nerve damage, Spinal stenosis, Rare eye condition and a Stroke 6.5 yrs ago....So I’ll be bouncing around the medical threads in the very near future... just lacking a sufficient supply to help her out at the moment, but that’s changing slowly but surely :thumb:

I wanted to quietly step in and reinforce the Blue Dream choice. It’s also a go-to for nausea, potent like few others in this regard. But it’s a sure winner for menstrual cramps. Any potent topical, Blue Dream or not, applied to the lower abdominals and lower back can kick out cramp pain for hours.

Oops! Sorry Graytail, I started to walk away without complimenting those exquisite buds you displayed a page back. Well done Master Graytail. Keep that bar high. :bravo:

Someday I’ll have to track down a taste of both. :kisstwo:

I harvested a small Bluniverse - didn't get much off it, but the produce looks nice. :cheesygrinsmiley:

I got 32 grams, 1.13 ounces over 138 days = 0.232 grams per day. I stripped the calyxes off the stems separately, and they're like a shot of 'shine. :laughtwo: Made my mouth tingle for minutes afterward.

:cough:

:adore:

And here's GojiPupil. I got only 26 grams off this one, but it was an extra clone, and I tossed it into bloom when it was still small.

26 grams, 0.92 ounces over 158 days = 0.165 grams per day.

Not as frosty as Bluniverse but still entirely acceptable weed. :cheesygrinsmiley:

:roorrip:

Oh wow. I haven’t been around for a while so maybe it’s just me, or did you get a new camera? your photos look super clear and amazing :lot-o-toke:

Well, thank you, ya one-eyed guy. :thumb: :cheesygrinsmiley:

Actually, no, same same. Although I did get the lens cleaner stuff out and cleaned the lens up. It has an automatic iris lens cover when it turns off, so I get lazy with the maintenance. Next I have to clean the sticky body up a little. I think I might be able to press a finger to it and lift it into the air. :laughtwo:

Very nice, Brother! :high-five:

:high-five: These did turn out surprisingly well. :slide:

That's what I said when I saw that last Bluniverse pic up close. :yummy::yahoo:

Yet the Destroyer and Y Griega are both stronger smoke. I keep loving Bluniverse when I harvest it - the gorgeous hazy blue color and the blueberry menthol taste - but when I smoke it, I just get a nice pleasant meh.

I actually prefer Goji Pupil.

Congrats on the harvests! Love the calyx pic! :high-five:

:cheesygrinsmiley: I'm gonna have to do that more often. It was VERY good.

Ya eh Ween...he's got too much time ...for that shit.....awesome pics Gray.....just put those buds beside the other 100 , or so jars ya got already....:headbanger:

That's the one good part about harvesting and trimming a one ounce plant - it took less than an hour, start to finish, calyx-picking included. :laughtwo:

I think I'm working on the 6th dozen now. :hmmmm: Remember my big pile from a couple years ago? :laughtwo: Makes one ounce harvests not such a bad thing.

Looks like some high grade head change right there! Congrats on the harvest! Small or not, the quality definitely looks to be there. :)

Thank ya, kind sir. :Namaste:

I've been pissy about my garden for a couple months, so it was nice to get some pleasant surprises. The last 4 plants in a row have been better than I thought they'd be.
Next up is a DurBush x KingGelato, and it looks fine indeed - solid hard OG-style buds. Should be ready to jar by next week.

:roorrip:

I ran the first Destroyer back in 2014

YAY, that was one of the first journals ever i read, A plant so aptly named 'Destroyer'

Although I did get the lens cleaner stuff out and cleaned the lens up. It has an automatic iris lens cover when it turns off, so I get lazy with the maintenance. Next I have to clean the sticky body up a little. I think I might be able to press a finger to it and lift it into the air. :laughtwo:

I got to get on this, my shutter-button sticks to me finger. terrible sticki-ness!

the ACE, PCK--Kali China I have run tastes like no other ever. I never tasted any like it before or since. It wasnt very powerful but i liked it ( lightweight->:nerd-with-glasses: )
(I think mine all favored the china parent.)

Just gonna slide in the back here if that’s ok. Better late than never. Some great produce you have there!! :adore: Word has it that you’re a master with diy lights. I love the light setup you’re using. I’m hoping you may be able to point me to a site where I can do some learning about them. I have only used prefab out of the box lights but I’m a tinkerer at heart. I appreciate any help you can offer. Keep up the amazing work!!

Good to see you, Fluff! :cheesygrinsmiley:

I got my QBs a couple years ago, so things have probably developed further since then. Other companies besides Samsung are producing and marketing mid-power diodes now, and as with any tech, efficiency goes up with each new series. Mars-Hydro has just introduced a QB panel and I've talked to Sara and the efficiency numbers are very good, so that's an easy option, too. The company I got mine from is Meijiu, and they have a site on Alibaba that a few members have used lately.

Samsung brand strips using mid-power diodes are also a good flexible option. Shed recently built a panel of strips, for instance, and Fanleaf did a great journal a couple years ago on strips. They're available from several traditional suppliers.

The advantage is extreme efficiency and low heat, and white light - blurple really bothered me - couldn't see plant health well enough.

:Namaste:

What's so bothersome about blurples? :hmmmm:
