Graytail's 4th Perpetual: 4x4 Samsung Panels

Way to grow Gray , love the different colours she’s rocking. Mmmm sherbert. Lovely.

What kind of training if any did she get? 62days is a pretty fast flowering time. I thought this strain was mostly Sativa.

Did you use 11/13? Looks like it’s showing some Indica traits. Either way she’s a beauty. Enjoy the smoke :ganjamon:

I’ve been thinking that all these autos that I have seeds for might be great for quick grows to make pain oil for topical use. That unclear buzz won’t be an issue there. Save more of the photo budz for toking...

We have grown two autos. A Jack Herer Auto from Greenhouse Seeds and a Gorilla Glue Auto from Fast buds. Very different experiences smoke wise so far. The Jack Herer was mind blowing right after harvest. A total time void for 3 hours after smoking it. As it cured it mellowed out and while its still potent....its not the crazy mind high it was. The Glue was harvested about 10+ days early due to some issues with high humidity. Lost a little of the harvest but saved most. Thus far, not overly impressed with it. Actually to be honest disappointed would be a better description.....but I know we harvested it probably close to 2 weeks early and it is still early in the cure. I smoked a bit of it today and its ok, but just sort of muddled. I am reserving judgement for at least 3 more weeks when she will have more time into the cure.

Loved the Jack, not impressed....yet.....with the Gorilla Glue.

Thanks for this Van....somehow i see what your puttin out here. Jack Herer is a very hi end strain with landrace genetics, ...i'm sure you know all about who Jack was etc. When you said how it aged and changed, the first thing i thought of was,...Ruderallis. Somehow,...someway it's not the same. Again , reinforcing how i feel about not growing autos.:passitleft:

Thanks everyone! :thanks:

I've been sampling, and I think I really like this one! :smokin: Fans of Sour Diesel have described the same sort of high I like, and this seems to be it. I get a strong initial rush which fades to a happy contented state of mind. I haven't caught any fatigue from it yet - I'll give it a few more days to see - that's my bane - can't do the stoney fatigue thing. I'm not getting any intrusion from the Cherry Afghan, just the color and flavors. Very nice - I like it! :thumb:

I was really surprised that it finished so fast. :hmmmm: I was expecting 70 days or so, but as it hit the 50s it started looking tired, drying up its fans and pistils. It was still producing new calyxes but slowly. I think I could have nursed it into another bloom surge, but it was getting pretty crispy and it'd been awhile since it slowed down, so I chopped. :) I wanted to be sure the trichs stayed fresh, too - don' want the stoney side to come out.

This one trained beautifully. It grew a nice fat stalk, and then at about the 10-12th node, I topped it, and was able to bring all the lowers up to the top. Easy peasy. I got 8 even tops. :slide: And yes, I've been running the bloom room at 11/13 for quite awhile now. I run mostly sativas and leaners, and it definitely helps with bulk. Even with this cycle, some of the sativas will want to grow leaves in the buds at 12 weeks, but I don't want to reduce any lower just for those few.

Very Nice :goodjob: I like the comparison with Grams to Days :)
i think I will start looking at it that way as well

It's also related to pot size, though. So far this round, I've averaged 0.341 for 3 gallon pots and 0.818 for 6 gallon pots. The small ones are still lagging but not by as much - still dialing it in. :bongrip:

Damn Gray, have you a little mini christmas tree there! Already has lots of frost on there too!!
Really though, thats an awesome Nug!!! Beautiful work.

I'm impressed with the density of these nugs. It reminds me of that one Zam I ran. There's a lesson in there somewhere - gotta figure out why they turned out that way. :hmmmm: There's no airiness at all in the buds - they're tight and dense with small calyxes.

The one in the pic is 3-4 inches long, for perspective. :bongrip:

...how long did you veg GT?...:thumb::high-five:...cheerz,,,h00k...:rollit::passitleft:...

I vegged this UBH for 48 days. Things got crowded in bloom and I had to top it in veg to control height, and stall it for a week. So it ended up with three tops and a 4th lower one. I think there's a sweet spot with sativas, where the pot size, plant size and late bloom conditions are just right.

Damn Gray, those look quite potent, nice job.

I'm going to be interested to see if there's a difference - I'm pretty familiar with this strain. I'll try it for wake n bake in the next day or two. :slide:

Fantastic looking nug there Gray!:slide::high-five:

I was going to comment on your BCP, but by the time I was gonna pipe up, the subject had changed. That's a fine looking plant! I love the overhead shot with the bluish tinge of the tops against the rest of the foliage. Gorgeous!

nice looking plants sir. I just wanted to get your opinion on the bluniverse. This is my first time doing regular seeds. I planted 8 reg bluniverse and 6 are male. Did you have bad ratios with yours? I'm 5 days post flip and this really hurt my plant count. This is why I always bought feminized, but certain strains only come in regs.

Funny you should mention that. I got mine from another grower who had already run through 3? seeds I think, and all were male. I got a female from the rest on my first try.

So, yeah, you're the second guy to have a bad ratio with Bluniverse.
