Good morning sunshine! I know I’m tooting my own horn a lot lately, but someone’s gotta do it... 
I woke early and did my cardio. I pushed it just a little bit harder than normal. Felt good doing it and very good afterwards. I’m enjoying a cup of coffee now. I medicated after working out and still pretty ripped at the moment. I’ll eat soon and have a protein shake with creatine. I’ve been adding a little oil and peanut butter. @Lady G2HM reminded me I needed to make some more oil. Thanks for that! Yesterday I had two shakes during the day, spread out over 6 hours, and was feeling really good. Doing the same thing today...
This res/nute mix is humming along. The only things that have changed in the flower room are nute temps (+/- 2F) and the water level in the res. The res only went down roughly 1.5 gallons in 6 days, but that was expected due to their extreme smallness.
I have not touched the res in those 6 days. Unless my meter is way off, everything was stable all week. I was planning a full res change tomorrow, but now it’s looking like I’ll just fill her back up and run her the way she is next week. That’ll save me on nutes too since next week is the last week of 4-4-4-4 (CalMag-Micro-Grow-Bloom).

I scored one of the Blue Lab Guardian monitors on sale. They have come down a lot. I noticed yours and it looked to be very helpful so I jumped on it.

Damn. 21%....... That is the lowest I have seen anyone post here. Humidifier time. The newer ones that actually produce mist/vapor are way better than the evaporation ones that just blow air across a wicking element. Those get nasty black in a hurry. Your weather up there seems to be more on the extreme side.

I’ve never seen it this low in my grow. I mean, it’s low all the time, but not normally in here for some reason. It’s f***ing cold outside too. It was 8F/-13C early yesterday morning! We’ve only had one small snow so I’m okay with that. Gotta find a good humidifier...
This depends on your water quality. If you have hard water the mist ones will leave a white powder residue on everything and it can plug up carbon filters. Been there. I have a big three disc fogger that will make some clouds. It also makes a huge mess with my hard water. The evaporative style ones leave all that crap behind on the wick.
If you have nice clean water the mist ones are great. Much better output than the wicking style.
The wicking style are easier to find with manual controls or Auto restart so they can be used with timers or humidity controllers so they only run when you need them.
Usually I'd say a bucket with a towel and a fan but 21% is pretty low haha
