Grandpa Tokin’s Perpetual

Yes pretty much answered it. I have been pretty careful to keep mine at 5.6-6.0. I had a calcium deficenty in early flower when I was still battling PH. A little extra cal mag and getting the PH in the right range seems to have fixed it before it really affected anything.

I was just wondering why the drop and you gave me the answer... You just aim for that particular range.

Exactly. Like I said, unless there are issues. In flower I start out with 4-4-4-4 mix per gallon (CalMag, Grow, Micro, and Bloom). I also add Hydroguard and Z7. I’ll run that for 2 weeks. Then switch to 4-4-8-4-3 of CalMag, Micro, Bloom, Bloom Booster, and Carbs/Sweets. At week 5 I replace CalMag with Magnesium Sulfate MgSO4 (Epsom Salt). The extra Sulfur (or whatever) seems to help a bit at the end.

Growing up a storm GT.
Looking great. That Hydro sure does make them grow fast.

Thanks buds! I feel like a giddy school girl...like I’m growing for the first time again. LOL! :battingeyelashes:

Thats near exact to my flower recipes too. Glad ya put that up GT, its a good read.

I wish we still had the Blog Posts section. I had a lot of charts and graphs like that together in one spot for quick reference.

That chart is still my bible too. Thanks Rifleman.

I just put my first DWC girl into flower a few weeks back so I am getting my feet wet. :)
Oh. No it is leaking:laugh::rofl:
Sry, just had to..

You and me both.. Lost a lot of info :(

Still use this daily also. Got it from @Rifleman so I always gotta give credit.

I studied that chart hard before starting. It is taped to my wall above my mixing station. It absolutely spells it out for you. I actually think you were the one that sent this to me last year when I was looking into DWC.

So far once I got a hold of the PH the rest has been pretty easy. I do think that the RDWC would be even less maintenance once it's setup and stable.

You told me last year that you started out in straight DWC and never looked back. I love the cleanliness of it. I really like the simplicity of your setup/grow. You manage all the important stuff spot on and don't over complicate it.

Currently I am using the GH flora line for nutrients. I have found it to be extremely stable once you have it dialed in.

So far she is healthy .

Very healthy! Looks lush, and you can tell she likes what you’re doing to her. I actually started in soil, but I was intrigued by DWC. The cleanliness and simplicity seemed perfect for me. I started one bucket and before she was in flower I completely changed my whole operation. I saw the growth and that was enough for me. Sometimes it’s a lot of work, but so is soil growing...nothing is easy, and everything is a project. LOL!

Excellent stuff bud!

I got it to thanks Grandpa Tokin!!!!!

Had a great day. Woke up early and moved some weights. Did a full upper body: chest, back, shoulders, triceps and biceps. I looked just like the Rock...

All is well in the flower room. Significant growth under the lights today. They are spreading out nicely and the new growth is looking wonderful. “Falling-Static-Static!” Enjoy!
